The living area opens up nicely, and you can actually fit four people on the couch without everyone being cramped together – trust me, this matters when you’re traveling with friends or family and need to decompress after a long day walking around Cannes. The bedrooms are genuinely separate (not just divided by a thin wall), so if someone wants to crash early while others stay up, you’re not going to hear every conversation. The kitchen is one of those setups where you could actually make breakfast instead of just reheating coffee, which saves you from those €15 hotel breakfast situations.

Here’s the thing about the location that the photos don’t really show you – you’re maybe a seven-minute walk to La Croisette, but you’re on a street that doesn’t get the crazy foot traffic and street noise that comes with being right on the waterfront. I slept with the windows open most nights, which you honestly can’t do in some of the hotels closer to the beach scene. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll see locals grabbing groceries and walking their dogs, not just tourists dragging suitceans around. There’s actually a decent boulangerie two blocks down on Rue d’Antibes that locals use – you know it’s good because there’s always a line of French people waiting patiently for their morning pastries.

Getting around is straightforward too, though I should mention that if you’re planning to rent a car, parking can be a bit of a puzzle during festival season or busy summer weekends. The apartment doesn’t come with a dedicated spot, but there’s usually street parking if you don’t mind walking a block or two. The train station is close enough that you could realistically do day trips to Nice or Monaco without it being a whole production. What really sold me on this place, honestly, was coming back after a long day at the beach and having space to spread out, make a proper dinner, and just exist like a normal human being instead of being crammed into a hotel room where someone’s always bumping into someone else trying to get to the bathroom.
