    Die Wohnung liegt in Cannes sehr zentral, kurze Wege zum Meer und in die Stadt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und das Zubehör hat alle Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Bis zum Sonnenschirm mit Sesseln für den öffentlichen Strand war alles da. Viel Platz für eine Familie mit 4 Personen.

    Jean Pierre was at the property to guide us through how to get the keys from the lock box, but he also walked us up to the flat. The flat was amazing and he was such a great wonderful and helpful host.

    This is a stunning property, beautifully refurbished and stylishly decorated.
    The location is beautiful in peaceful gardens with lots of birds. Sun on the main terrace for your morning tea and in the evening on the back terrace to dry your beach wear.
    Located about ten minutes walk from the beautiful Suquet area of town, the original historic centre, where there are lots of lovely restaurants and the Marché Forville food market. It is also just 8-10 minutes down the hill to the Plage du Midi which has open beach or a lovely beach club Waikiki. The Boulangerie du Midi is a fantastic boulangerie /pattisserie and great coffee spot.
    It’s a short drive out to Mougin and an easy drive back to Nice.
    The apartment has a parking space and we were grateful of the lift for moving our bags.
    The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge and freezer a good size with cold drinks on arrival.
    Comfortable beds and sooo much storage space and hangers.
    Our host gave us great instructions and checked in that we had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful pointers to ensure we had a good time.
    We loved it and recommend highly.

    Wonderful vacation in an AMAZING apartment. Now, onto the positives.

    LOCATION: Walking distance to the sea is 8-10 minutes at a leisurely pace, close to restaurants (shops), train station is a 20-minute walk away, quiet neighborhood, beautiful surroundings all enclosed within a fence, presence of a pool.

    APARTMENT: It has everything necessary (appliances, utensils, cleaning supplies, towels…), spotlessly clean, you feel right at home. The host provides clear instructions on how and where to get the key, even a child can understand. Always reachable for any questions, assists even with car rental and major attractions. Extremely hospitable person. THANK YOU, Jan-Pierre!!!!

    The cost of accommodation is much lower than the quality provided. I wholeheartedly recommend!!!! You won't regret it!!!!
