You know what struck me first about this place? It’s actually tucked away on Boulevard Montfleury in a way that feels surprisingly peaceful for being so close to everything in Cannes. I mean, you’re basically in La Californie – which, honestly, sounds way fancier than it needs to but it’s genuinely one of those neighborhoods where you feel like you’re staying somewhere the locals would actually want to live.

The apartment itself is this solid two-room setup that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. The terrace though – that’s where they got it right. I spent most mornings out there with coffee, and you get this nice view without the crazy tourist crowds you’d deal with closer to the Croisette. The space feels lived-in in a good way, like someone’s grandmother decorated it with actual care instead of just ordering everything from a hotel supply catalog. There’s proper storage (thank god), and the kitchen actually has the stuff you need if you want to grab groceries from the Monoprix and cook something real. Parking can be a bit of a dance – it’s street parking mostly, but the neighborhood’s quiet enough that you’re not circling for hours like you would downtown.

What I really appreciated was how this spot lets you experience Cannes without constantly feeling like you’re in tourist-trap territory. You’re close enough to walk to the port and the main beaches – maybe fifteen minutes if you’re not rushing – but far enough up the hill that you escape that overwhelming cruise-ship-crowd energy. The building’s got character too, that classic French apartment vibe with the shutters and the slightly creaky floors that somehow feel charming instead of annoying. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that overly formal hotel dance. Honestly, at a 9.7 rating you sort of expect perfection, and while this isn’t luxury-resort-perfect, it’s something better – it’s actually comfortable and real. The only minor thing is that grocery runs require a bit of planning since you’re not right on top of everything, but that’s also part of why it feels like a proper neighborhood instead of just another rental in the thick of things.

Visitors often choose Cannes apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent French Riviera destination.

  Очень классная квартира , продумана до деталей , просторная , есть вся посуда , большой плюс это гараж в доме который входит в цену !
  Терраса , каждое утро кушали там завтраки , рядом магазин и пекарня , 3 мин от дома . 10-12 мин пешком находится набережная и центр , куча кафе и ресторанов, очень рекомендую ❤️
