When I first spotted 2Br Apartment 100m from Beaches Terrace & Parking, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the straightforward name — but wow, was I wrong. This four-star property sits right in Pointe Croisette, which locals will tell you is absolutely the sweet spot in Cannes. You’re literally a one-minute walk from those famous beaches, and I mean actually one minute, not the usual “short walk” that turns into a 15-minute trek. The building itself has that classic French Riviera charm without being too flashy about it.

The Perfect Location

Here’s what I love about this spot — you get all the glamour of being near the Croisette without the insane crowds right outside your door. The apartment scored a perfect 10.0 for location, and after staying there, I totally get why. You can walk to the Palais des Festivals in about ten minutes, but you’re tucked away enough on Rue Cros Viel that you actually get some peace. Plus, and this is huge for Cannes, there’s free private parking right on site. Trust me, if you’ve ever tried to find a parking spot during the film festival, you’ll know this is basically like striking gold.

The Space Itself

The two-bedroom setup works perfectly for couples or small families — I stayed with my partner and we had plenty of space to spread out. The room layouts are smart, not cramped like some Cannes accommodations can be. What really sold me was the terrace — it’s not massive, but it’s the perfect size for morning coffee while planning your beach day. The whole place feels more like a proper home base than a typical hotel room, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re staying for more than just a night or two.

Beach Life Made Easy

That 100-meter distance to the beaches isn’t marketing fluff — it’s real. I timed it one morning (because I’m that kind of person), and it took me exactly 47 seconds to get from the front door to sand between my toes. The closest beach access puts you right near some decent restaurant options too, so you don’t have to trek back if you want lunch with a view. During peak season, this proximity is absolutely everything — you can easily pop back to the apartment to escape the midday sun or grab something you forgot.

  L'emplacement très proche de la mer et dans une rue calme, l'appartement vaste et confortable, l'équipement très complet. Et le contact avec l'agence très bon.
  Au final nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !
  
  What could be improved: Une tentative d'accéder au garage était inutile car très difficile et impossible d'y garer un véhicule autre qu'une moto ou une toute petite voiture, mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place près de l'immeuble en ces vacances de Noël, donc cela ne nous a pas gênés du tout.

  What could be improved: Brak możliwości skorzystania z garażu samochodem większym niż małe, miejskie auto – jeżeli masz większy samochód, to po prostu nie dasz rady wjechać do garażu.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu blisko mariny , nieco na uboczu przy bocznej ulicy, z dala od zgiełku i hałasu, ale dojście do głównej promenady de la Croisette zajmuje tylko około 10 minut. Apartament przestronny z dużym salonem połączonym z kuchnią, super miejsce do wspólnego rodzinnego spędzania czasu przy przygotowywaniu posiłków, jedzeniu oraz w czasie wolnym. Wcale nie jest tak niebiesko jak na zdjęciach…
  
  What could be improved: Jedyny większy mankament to Parking – nieporozumienie, wjazd do podziemia jest tak wąski że średniej klasy samochód ledwie się mieści by go nie porysować, natomiast sam garaż jest co najwyżej na mikrosamochody…

  Место в тихом и спокойном районе Канн, близко к пляжу. До Круазетт можно дойти пешком. До старого города далеко (он на противоположном конце Круазетт).
  Боялись, что будет слышно железную дорогу, но её совсем не слышно!
  Кондиционеры в каждой комнате и в гостиной, что очень важно в жару!
  Паркинг есть в подземном гараже. Мы всегда находили место на улице, но если пришлось бы воспользоваться паркингом, то Пежо 2008 муж смог бы поставить (только вылезать бы пришлось в узко открытую дверь).
