  The host met us in person after 10pm, helped with free underground parking, passed the keys and showed the property.
  Luca is a wonderful host with a professional and friendly attitude, he let us check out later than the initially agreed time and was exceptionally kind to us during the whole stay time. I'd definitely choose this property to stay in Cannes next time I visit the city.

  The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It has enough space for four people thanks to the sofa bed. Luca the host is very friendly and accommodating.
  The air conditioning is a big plus as it cools well without making a draft.
  
  What could be improved: Although the kitchen is fully functional, a few handles and covers still need to be fitted. We left a grater and a vegetable peeler for the setup.
