Look, I’ll be straight with you about this place – it’s one of those newly renovated apartments right in the thick of Cannes, and honestly, the location is pretty much unbeatable if you want to be where everything’s happening. You’re literally on Rue du Marché Forville, which means you’ll wake up to the sounds of the morning market (and I mean that in a good way, mostly). The Forville Market is this amazing local spot where you can grab fresh produce, flowers, and just watch Cannes wake up – it’s actually one of my favorite parts of staying in this area.

The apartment itself is on the first floor of what looks like a typical French building, nothing fancy from the outside, but step inside and you can tell they’ve put real effort into the 2025 renovation. Everything feels fresh and clean, which honestly matters a lot when you’re dealing with older buildings in this part of town. The space works well for two people – hence the “2P” in the name – and you know what really struck me? The attention to practical details. Good WiFi (crucial if you’re trying to post those festival photos), decent water pressure, and appliances that actually work properly. I mean, you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case with vacation rentals.

What really sells this place though is how walkable everything is from here. The Palais des Festivals is maybe a five-minute stroll, so if you’re coming during any of the film festivals or conventions, you’re golden. But even during regular times, you’re right in Cannes city center without being stuck on one of those crazy busy streets like La Croisette where the noise never stops. Rue du Marché Forville has this nice residential feel – you’ll hear some morning activity from the market, but it quiets down nicely in the evenings. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in this area (well, it’s Cannes, so that’s kind of expected), but there are a few public lots within walking distance, and honestly, once you’re settled here, you probably won’t need your car much anyway. The beaches, restaurants, shopping – it’s all right there. The 7.3 rating seems about right to me; it’s solid, well-located, and recently updated, but it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want though – a clean, comfortable base in the heart of one of the Riviera’s most exciting towns.

Visitors often choose Cannes apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent French Riviera destination.

  Läget!!!! Tycker man om att bo mitt i smeten, är detta boende perfekt. Lägenheten ligger precis bredvid Cannes kända marknad, dessutom precis vid ingången finns det två bagerier, där du kan handla baguetter till frukost! Det är mycket nära till stranden, gamla stan och gå/strandgator! Lägenhet är precis lagomstor för 4 personer. Bekväma sängar, bra kök, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, AC. Bra ljudisolering. Vi trivdes mycket bra! Snabb återkoppling från ägaren vid frågor.

  L'emplacement est juste idéal, meilleur quartier pour des vacances à Cannes, et le bonheur d'avoir le marché en bas de l'appartement tous les jours ! La climatisation était également un grand avantage en plein été. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs et sont très aimables, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.
  
  What could be improved: De ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtre à cause du bruit des climatisations mais cela n'est pas de la faute des proprio, les voisins en ont également.
