The sea view is legit, though you’ll want to grab the balcony spot in the late afternoon when the light hits the water just right. I actually spent way too much time out there with my morning coffee, watching the ferries head out to the islands. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, if your friend happens to have really good taste and lives in the French Riviera.
