Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places along the Côte d’Azur, and ADRIANA by Terry’s Homes really surprised me – in the best way possible. You know how sometimes a hotel name sounds a bit extra? Well, this one actually delivers on that “WATERFRONT SEAVIEW BEACH” promise. The moment I walked into my room, I got it. That view hits you right away, and honestly, I spent way too much time just standing on the balcony watching the boats drift by in the bay.

The location on Boulevard Eugène Gazagnaire is pretty sweet if you know Cannes at all. You’re in La Californie, which means you get that prime waterfront spot without being right in the chaos of the Croisette – though you can easily walk there when you want the action. I mean, the beach is literally right there, and not the crowded tourist strip either. It’s one of those quieter stretches where you can actually hear yourself think. The building itself has this modern but not-trying-too-hard vibe, and the rooms are spacious enough that you’re not bumping into your suitcase every five minutes (which, let’s be real, happens more often than it should in European hotels).

What really sold me was the attention to detail – Terry’s Homes clearly knows what they’re doing. The check-in was smooth, the staff actually seemed to care about whether you had a good stay, and the whole place just felt… well-managed, I guess? You know that feeling when everything works the way it’s supposed to? The Wi-Fi didn’t cut out, the shower had proper water pressure, and – this might sound weird – but the curtains actually blocked out light when you wanted to sleep in. Small things, but they add up. The only minor thing I’d mention is that parking can get a bit tight during peak season, but that’s pretty much everywhere in Cannes. Overall, that 8.8 rating makes total sense to me. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place on the coast, but it nails the fundamentals while giving you that “wake up to the Mediterranean” experience that’s honestly hard to find at this price point. If you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere special without the Croisette markup, this is your spot.

  amazing location, views and the design touches were impressive. high end appliances and adequately equipped for our needs. the first couple of days we really noticed the train noise but once we got used to it we weren’t bothered by it and it wouldn’t be enough of a reason to stop us booking again when we’re in Cannes.

  Adriana by Terry’s Home was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment situated approximately 30 minute walk from the Croisstte. The apartment was exquisite; clean, spacious, well located and contained all the basic amenities we needed. But above all was the spectacular open sea view from the balcony that we enjoyed the most. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and watch the sun rise and sun sets. The (host) Fatima was very kind to meet us upon our arrival and explain everything we needed including providing us with a driver, Abdul, as Cannes gets very crowded and difficult to move around without a car, particularly during the summer. Abdul was very helpful and always available even during short notices. He also holds the secret of where to locate the best pain au chocolat in town! Needless to say, after the experience we had, we will definately be returning here and highly recommend staying at Adriana’s.

  Nothing ! The property was not suitable for families with young children young children.
  
  What could be improved: It was remotely located, lots of mosquitoes/bugs that were creepy and all over the walls of the rooms. The staff had sprayed unlimited amounts of mosquito repellent before we arrived and it was unbearable. We were travelling with young kids below 12 years old and they couldn’t breathe properly because of the repellant. Our money was wasted as we had to vacate the place after one night. The parking was also in a very dark dingy basement. Overall very nerve racking and we were scarred! My kids refused to go to this place even for a minute. We shifted to a nearby hotel with no help from booking.com or the property.

  The property is better then the photos depict, if that is possible!. It has every modcon, gadget, kitchen utensil that you would ever need. Its walking distance 600-800 metres to a free SAND beach, 400 metres from a super-market (7 euro bottles of quality Cote the Provence Rose wines cold) and a traditional french patisserie close by as well. Its positioned in a quieter part of town with quality restaurants close by as well. Our host Carole was lovely and explained everything to us.
