You know what surprised me about Les Araucarias? It’s tucked away on Pointe Croisette in this quiet residential pocket that most tourists completely miss – which is honestly the best part. I mean, you’re still in Cannes, but you’re not dealing with the Boulevard de la Croisette madness every time you step outside. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than some sterile hotel room, with that lived-in comfort that makes you actually want to cook breakfast instead of rushing out for overpriced café au lait.

The setup here is pretty clever, actually. Interhome manages these apartments, so you get that local apartment vibe but with someone to call if the WiFi goes wonky (which it didn’t, thankfully). The space has character – I’m talking real wooden shutters that you’ll actually use, a kitchen where all the appliances work, and windows that open to let in those pine-scented breezes from the actual araucaria trees outside. The 8.4 rating makes sense when you’re sprawled on the couch after a day exploring, realizing you have space to breathe and spread out your stuff. Parking was straightforward too, which… if you’ve tried to park anywhere near the main Croisette strip, you’ll appreciate that small miracle.

What really sold me on this spot was the neighborhood itself – you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes, but you’re also close to where actual Cannes residents do their grocery shopping and grab their morning bread. There’s this little boulangerie just down the hill that opens at 6:30 AM, and the woman behind the counter will remember your order by day three. Honestly, staying here feels like you’re getting the real Cannes experience, not just the film festival tourist version. The apartment might be three stars on paper, but it delivers something you can’t really rate – that sense of temporarily living somewhere instead of just passing through. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore the French Riviera without constantly feeling like they’re being marketed to.

  Great location & view from balcony. Very spacious apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Shower does not drain properly. Was not able to find the key for the trash so had to go down the street to empty the bins on departure. Apartment furniture could do with updating.

  Вид из квартиры сумасшедший! Прекрасный! Очень гламурное дорогое расположение. Старинный дом с окнами в пол. В каждой комнате есть окно-балкон. Главный балкон из гостиной комнаты – в виде террасы со столиками и лежаками. Все вариации посуды есть, есть посудомойка, кофе машина. Квартира стилизована под корабль и каюты. Очень необычно. Всего 4 комнаты. 2 смежные с 1 туалетом и ванной: в одной две двухъярусные кровати, во вторая 1 Кинг. Вторые 2 смежные: в каждой Кинг и тоже 1 общая ванная. И есть еще дополнительный туалет в коридоре между комнатами. И есть антресоль еще с кроватью над гостиной. Для большой компании – идеальный вариант. Жили неделю, 5 человек. Очень понравилось!
  
  What could be improved: Один момент – квартира чуточку подуставшая в плане ремонта. Конечно, в идеале бы ремонт в ванных нужен, диван в гостиной совсем просел. Видно, что квартира не новая. Но, вид с балкона все невелирует!
