The apartment itself has that solid, unpretentious feel that a lot of these Interhome properties nail – it’s not trying to be Instagram-perfect, but everything actually works. The kitchen’s properly equipped, which matters more than you’d think when even a basic lunch near the Palais costs €25. I loved having morning coffee on the balcony before the day heated up, watching locals walk their dogs and hearing the distant hum of traffic starting up along Boulevard de la Croisette. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in tourist accommodation, if that makes sense.

What really sells this spot for me is the neighborhood vibe – you’ve got that little boulangerie on Rue d’Antibes where the woman behind the counter actually remembers your order by day three, and honestly, the evening walks through these quieter streets give you a completely different perspective on Cannes. Sure, parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to the French Riviera), but once you’re settled in, you’ll probably walk everywhere anyway. The 8.4 rating feels about right – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Perfect for people who want to experience Cannes like a temporary local rather than just another tourist checking boxes.

  The terrace and pool are quite nice, and it's not too far from the beach.
  
  What could be improved: There were a lot of problems with this accommodation, which could and should have been avoided with better service:
  
  * Communication with Interhome before the stay was very problematic. They sent me so many emails and messages, many of which were overlapping or duplicative, which made them tedious to look through. Even worse, they did not bother to respond to any of my questions, despite following up many times. I also emailed them a question after the stay, and they didn't bother to respond.
  
  * Many of the dishes in the kitchen were filthy, with obvious bits of food and stains on them.
  
  * The WiFi network and code information we were initially given were wrong.
  
  * The bed is quite small and not so comfortable.
  
  * No large knife for cutting properly.
  
  * Shower curtain falls down.
  
  * Rain water function in shower doesn't work.
  
  * The tablecloth on the outside table was filthy.
  
  * Very little hand soap and dishwashing detergent.
  
  * Very little toilet paper.
  
  The property could be much better if managed well.

  Logement reposant, une belle terrasse bien arborée, , la piscine est superbe. Un bus direct vers le centre à 200m , restaurants, supermarchés, boulangerie, pharmacie à proximité immédiate .
  
  What could be improved: Devoir rapporter les clefs à l’agence .
  Pour un départ vers l’aéroport tôt le matin, c’est compliqué si vous n’avez pas de voiture.

  Die gesamte Abwicklung war super einfach; wir sind sonntags angereist und der Schlüssel sowie erste Informationen waren sicher für uns hinterlegt. Auch die Zusatzbuchung der Handtücher und Bettwäsche war unkompliziert.
  
  Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit einer tollen Terrasse, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Alles hat den Bildern entsprochen.
  
  Freie Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden; wir haben unser Auto allerdings in die Tiefgarage eines öffentlichen Parkhauses abgestellt.
  
  What could be improved: Es gibt nicht, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Sogar das Wetter war ganz wunderbar.

  Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr ruhig. Dusche war unkompliziert. Gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine, Bügel usw., obwohl ich sie nicht benutzt habe. Am besten war, dass die Wohnung direkt gegenüber von meiner Schwester war.
  
  What could be improved: Für mich war es umständlich, dass ich ins Büro von Interhome gehen musste, um den Schlüssel abzuholen and abzugeben. Das Personal da war nicht sehr freundlich. Schade war, dass der Pool geschlossen war, da die ersten 4 Tage sehr warm und sonnig waren, und ich hätte das Schwimmen vor der Tür genossen. War auch kein Wasserkocher, um Tee zu machen, und ich musste gefährliche Kochtöpfe ohne Griff benutzen.

  Die Lage ist gut. Die Größe der Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen ausreichend.
  
  What could be improved: DAs Bett ist eine Zumutung! Mein Mann ist normal groß und hat kaum ins Bett gepasst. Der Spiegel im Wohnzimmer war nicht nur nicht geputzt, sondern extrem dreckig. Die Küche war nicht geputzt.
