  Apparemment très bien équipée, il y a des serviettes fournies, machine a caffe, four électrique, lave vaisselle, machine a laver, seche cheveux, tele , wifi. Tres belle vue. Il est proche de la mer et le parking est inclus, et sécurisé en sous sol.

  Great vacation spot. Nice appartement, superb vue, dedicated underground parking place, good ammeneties, useful AC and very friendly hosts. All in all, as a conclusion, a great way to spend your vacation. We will happily return!

  The unit was beautiful and filled all of our needs. We were attending MIPIM and it was a beautiful walk along the beach every morning. We enjoyed eating dinner at the waterfront restaurants as well. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Cannes.

  Good location near the beach and bus stop.
  Very helpful host.
  Lovely big balcony.
  There are lots of bus timetables in the apt but could do with more info ref restaurants/ trains/microwave/oven.
  
  What could be improved: In winter the apt was lovely and warm, only problem is you cannot adjust the heating so quite hot at night.
  Its pretty noisy from road traffic and the railway if you open the doors to the balcony but everywhere on the seafront is opposite the road and railway.
  No food store within walking distance but a bus into town is easy and costs 1.5 euros.
  The nearest restaurant on the beach closed for the Xmas holiday.
  There are other restaurants approx half hour walk
