Honestly, when I first pulled up to 77 Avenue de Grasse, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this loft apartment – but stepping inside completely changed my perspective. The space actually feels way bigger than 60 square meters, and I mean that in the best possible way. There’s something about the layout and the light streaming in that makes it feel genuinely spacious, not cramped like so many European city stays can be.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s been set up. You know what I love? The kitchen actually has proper counter space (trust me, this matters when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night), and the bed situation is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel-bed backache. The whole place has this clean, modern vibe without feeling sterile – there are these little touches that make it feel like someone’s actual home rather than a generic rental. The location on Avenue de Grasse is pretty solid too – you’re close enough to walk into the heart of Cannes without being right in the tourist chaos. I could hear some street noise in the mornings, but honestly nothing that kept me awake at night.

Here’s the thing about this place that really impressed me: it’s got that sweet spot pricing for what you get. Three stars might not sound fancy, but the 9 rating makes total sense once you’re there. The owner clearly knows what travelers actually need – good wifi, a proper shower with decent water pressure, and enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. Plus, if you’re planning to explore the Côte d’Azur, having a kitchen means you can grab fresh stuff from the local markets instead of eating every meal out (which, let’s be real, gets expensive fast in Cannes). The check-in was smooth, and I appreciated that they actually responded quickly when I had questions. It’s one of those stays where everything just works the way it should, which honestly feels pretty rare these days.

  Location, space.
  We were given a bit of an early check in at 1 pm instead of 3 pm.
  Clean, cutlery and clean sheets and request for baby cot was full-filled.
  
  What could be improved: Okay, so first of all, there is no parking space available, i paid 50€ over 2 days for parking. I know its not the owners fault, but this should NOT be labelled as parking available.
  
  Secone, It took me a bit to figure out that the house is literally a shop turned into an apartment, i am not against that but the problem is if you are going to do that, make it properly. The headlights from the cars will whizz all night as there is no proper light insulation except for the main door. You will wake up at 7-8 am as soon as sun is up because of this non tainted windows.
  
  Third, air condition is tiny for the place, this is almost 5 -6 meter high ceiling and the AC is attached to the window as it vents outside and you cant even move it next to the bed, it needs at least 2 more ACs of the same one it already has.
  
  Fourth, the shower is exposed to everyone in the apartment. , just add a long curtain
  
  Fifth and last, checkout time was 11:30-12 pm when i was checking out i was told to get out at 10 am, i wonder why this is allowed on booking.

  What could be improved: Es dauerte eine Weile, bis wir herausgefunden hatten, wie wir den Schlüsselkasten bei der Abreise schließen konnten. Es wäre schön, Anweisungen zu hinterlassen.
  Hochwertige Handtücher und Bademäntel. Ein zusätzlicher Satz Handtücher ist wünschenswert, da das Trocknen lange dauert.

  What could be improved: Petit bémol pour l'équipement de la douche. Entre amis ce n'est pas pratique de prendre la douche manque un peu d'intimité. Solution trouvée : mettre une serviette sur la paroi vitrée.
