  What could be improved: At first when I checked in this property they tried to charge me deposit for €2000 by my cc.and then they also charged me cleaning fee for €105 even I just checked in I didn’t use it property yet…
  fortunately my cc didn’t work for €2000 deposit but they took cleaning fee €105 and instead of €2000 deposit I gave them for my ID and €200 cash for deposit.
  then during when I stay there no hot water at all even 2 days I couldn’t make hot jacuzzi tub because of no hot water.then 7th Sep one of management guy entered property without any our permission.
  they showed me movie yes hot water is coming.but they just came into our room without our permission!!but for sure during when I stay there for 2 days no hot water at all.
  And when I checked out they came to apartment and they started to claimed all flooring damage things.then they said “this flooring damage you guys moved table then had damage.that’s why we can’t give back your ID and deposit for €200”
  then I told them “I never moved your table at once.if you say like that let’s call the police and check this table finger print because we never touch this table so let’s see.”
  then he screamed and shout to me.
  “you are stupid!!I never give back to your ID and deposit”
  I had to call customer center and police.
  but even police didn’t show up.
  finally they gave back to my ID but no €200 my cash.
  I never had any this scamming experience before but they are just scamming.
  Don’t stay even don’t booking this property at all!!!!

  l’emplacement est génial est idéal, appartement tres calme, café a l’arrivee et bouteille de rosé tres appréciée pour notre arrivée
  
  What could be improved: la propreté du sol et des douches a l’entree dans l’appartement n’était pas top. j’ai du demander a plusieurs reprises d’avoir la facture, le fonctionnement de la clim et du jacuzzi ne nous a pas été expliqué.
