The casino is right there too, and honestly, being able to walk back to your apartment after a night out instead of hunting for a cab is pretty sweet. What I really appreciated was how close the train station is — perfect if you’re doing that classic French Riviera hop between Nice, Cannes, and Monaco.

The Space Itself

The blue apartment on the first floor (that’s what “appartement bleu 1er étage” means, for those brushing up on their French) feels more spacious than typical hotel rooms you’d find in this area. There’s actually a proper kitchen setup, which is brilliant if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local markets — and trust me, the markets in Cannes are worth experiencing. I mean, you’re not going to cook elaborate meals on vacation, but having the option to make coffee your way in the morning or store some good French cheese and wine? That’s the kind of flexibility that makes a difference.

  Best location in Cannes, very clean, very spacious, very charming. The photos are very accurate, it almost felt familiar when we first came in! The apartment was recently renovated, it looks like brand new. The bathrooms are beautiful and huge, the shower in the master bedroom was probably the biggest shower I’ve ever seen! Also the fact that the apartment is on the first floor is very convenient in case you have heavy suitcases like me. It also feels very safe as there are 2 doors to enter the apartment and outdoor blinds for every window.
  I rented 5 different apartments in Cannes all around the same budget and this one is by far the best one I’ve stayed at.
  Not to forget, the person in charge of our check in and check out (Sebastien) was very polite, helpful and punctual. The equipment of the apartment was perfect, sufficient for a short stay!

  Gostei de tudo no apartamento. O tamanho é ótimo e acomoda super bem 4 pessoas. Os quartos, as camas e os travesseiros são extremamente confortáveis. A cozinha é bem equipada para refeições rápidas. Os 2 banheiros (parte de chuveiro) são bem grandes, mas como a maioria das casas francesas, tem apenas 1 vaso sanitário (separado dos chuveiros). O apartamento foi recentemente reformado, é bonito, bem iluminado e está no melhor lugar de Cannes, com muitos cafés, restaurantes e lojas ao redor, além de fácil acesso à Gare e à praia. Localizado a 10 minutos do Palais des Festivals. Sebastien, que nos recebeu, é muito simpático e bastante prestativo, sempre disponível para qualquer questão. Recomendo fortemente.
