The name says “3 room-flat” but it honestly feels more like stepping into someone’s really well-curated Cannes apartment than a typical hotel setup. I mean, when you’re walking down Rue du Commandant André – which, by the way, is this perfectly positioned street that locals actually use, not just tourists – you almost miss the entrance because it blends right into the neighborhood.

The location is actually brilliant in that understated way. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals (hence the name), but here’s the thing nobody tells you – you can duck down to Rue d’Antibes for proper shopping without fighting through the Croisette crowds, and there’s this little morning market nearby where you’ll hear more French than English, which honestly makes you feel like you’ve found something authentic. The apartment itself has that lived-in elegance that’s hard to fake. The rooms have enough space to actually unpack your suitcase – revolutionary concept, I know – and the windows open to let in that Mediterranean light that somehow makes everything look better. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup; it’s not some sad mini-fridge situation but actually functional if you want to grab fresh stuff from the market and not eat out every single meal.

Parking was surprisingly manageable (they’ll tell you where to go when you book), and the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no hovering bellhops or forced upsells, just practical information about the neighborhood and keys that actually work. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not trying to be the flashiest option in Cannes, it nails the things that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just sleeping. During festival season it fills up fast, but in the shoulder months you get this perfect balance of having the city to yourself while everything’s still open. The only minor thing – and I’m being picky here – is that weekend nights can get a bit lively since you’re in an actual neighborhood, but honestly, if you’re in Cannes complaining about a little nightlife energy, you’re probably in the wrong city anyway.

  Excellent location and very helpful host who also offered an optional and very convenient transfer to the property from Nice airport. Property is on first floor with little balcony from where you can have side view of the sea . Spacious and bright apartment with two separate bedrooms. Would stay again .

  Well appointed and equipped. Comfortable beds, effective air conditioning.
  Great communication by the agent and personal meet and greet was great.
  The agent explained an issue with a door and the doors do need adjusting but this was the only issue.

  All was very nice and we enjoyed our holiday with pleasure. Near to all beaches and many restaurants around . Also close to all shops and centre. Perfect position. Apartment was clean and very comfortable beds . Also terrace was nice to enjoy it . The bedrooms are on the side to terrace than not noise from the street. All we needed was there. We were happy to stay . Recommend to others.
