  Excellent location and very helpful host who also offered an optional and very convenient transfer to the property from Nice airport. Property is on first floor with little balcony from where you can have side view of the sea . Spacious and bright apartment with two separate bedrooms. Would stay again .

  Great communication by the agent and personal meet and greet was great.

  All was very nice and we enjoyed our holiday with pleasure. Near to all beaches and many restaurants around . Also close to all shops and centre. Perfect position. Apartment was clean and very comfortable beds . Also terrace was nice to enjoy it . The bedrooms are on the side to terrace than not noise from the street. All we needed was there. We were happy to stay . Recommend to others.
  
  What could be improved: Only one key. Than was not so easy manage diferent program. The owner have ready 2 keys for a next time as we got the information just last day. Than all is super .
