You know what struck me first about this place? The name actually undersells it. Yeah, it’s bright and yeah, there’s definitely a 31-square-meter terrace covered in flowering plants, but what they don’t tell you is how unexpectedly peaceful it feels despite being so close to all the Cannes madness. I mean, you’re literally on Rue Lacour in the Pointe Croisette area – which honestly sounds fancier than it is, but in a good way.

The location is one of those “locals know” kind of spots. You’re close enough to the Croisette that you can walk to the beach and all those overpriced cafés where people pretend to be important during the film festival, but you’re tucked away on a quieter street where you can actually sleep at night. I stayed here in late spring, and the terrace was honestly the best part – not just because of the flowers (though they do smell amazing in the evening), but because you get this sense of having your own little outdoor space in a city where that’s pretty rare. The morning coffee situation out there? Perfect.

Inside, it’s what you’d expect from a solid 3-star place – nothing fancy, but everything works and it’s genuinely comfortable. The 8 out of 10 rating makes sense; it’s not luxury, but it doesn’t pretend to be. What it does well is give you a real base in Cannes without the tourist trap feeling. The check-in was smooth, parking… well, it’s Cannes, so don’t expect miracles there, but the staff actually gave me decent advice about where to leave the car. One thing I appreciated – they clearly know their neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the Marché Forville early in the morning, they knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me the walking route that avoids the worst of the tourist crowds. That kind of local knowledge is worth something, you know? If you’re looking for a place that feels more like staying in someone’s well-maintained apartment rather than a sterile hotel room, and you want that terrace space to decompress after dealing with Cannes’ intensity, this works really well.

  What could be improved: 1.В аппартаментах много картин, но подбор их это что-то. В спальне просыпаешся и видиш ад перед собой," очень приятно начинать день" 2.После передачи ключей по приезду. Никакого контакта с персоналом. Все сообщения и вопросы – полный игнор, это с персоналом на месте. Утром обнаружили что нет чайника. Вопрос консьержу остался без ответа. 3. В обьявлении не указано что постель за отдельную плату. Оплатил, возврат сделать уже нельзя и приходит сообщение, что постельное белье предоставляется за отдельную плату. 4.Залог на платформе Swikly – отдельная песня. Берут его без проблем, а вот возврат- заставляет понрвничать. Пишут, что при приезде я должен все проверить на работоспособность. Если при сдаче хозяева обнаружили что чтото неисправно или повреждено, то залог не возвращают. Добрые хозяева соощили перед приездом, что они в качестве дополнительных удобств, представляют 2 приставки сониплейстейшен. 3 и 4 модель и игры для них. Мне 66. Я приехал на 5 дней отдыха и мне нехрен делать терять время на проверку работоспособности игр из-за залога? 3.За день до отьезда, получили сообщение, что консьерж придет принимать жилье в 10-30. Прождали до 11. На звонки сообщения итд. – нет ответа. Написали в центральную службу, что оставили ключи тамже, где получали. Через 3 часа – ответ: не могли бы вы прислать фото, где оставили ключи? Хорошо что сохранилось видео которое прошло от консьержа при получении ключей. Прислал.
  В общем все время нервотрепка. Нервы при заезде и нервы при и после отъезда, так как квартиру никто не принимал, а залог могут снять без предупреждения в течении 15 дне после отъезда. Это портит впечатления от отдыха.
