  No breakfast. The location was excellent
  
  What could be improved: There were no tea towels and not enough towels or face washers.
  There was no milk or a biscuit for a cuppa.
  The battery was flat in the remote.

  Right from the start we were greeted by the lady owner who made us feel very welcomed. There was one occasion when we had to contact Leonardo and he replied straight away which was great.
  
  The apartment had everything that we were looking for, an amazing view, a lovely terrace, a spacious living area, kitchen with a microwave that came very handy, a bathroom.
  
  It was perfect for a family of three but I’m sure there was another extendable bed that was available . Was our 4th time in Cannes and our favourite beach is 4-5 mins walking distance from the apartment.
  
  There was always parking available, our car got scratched but it’s a risk you assume when parking anywhere else.

  This property was simply immaculate! It features, a double balcony, effective air conditioning, and a washing machine among other amenities. The number eight bus departs from just up the street every 20 minutes and will take you into the center of Cannes in only 18 minutes time. It’s a great day for the money.
  
  What could be improved: The living room, air conditioner, which works like a champ, drips, condensation at a rather significant rake. I had to place pots underneath the unit and empty them twice a day so that they did not overflow into the living room tile floor. Couch in living room is past its prime and needs to be replaced.
