    El apartamento está a 5 minutos del paseo de la Croissete y delante de la estación de tren. Ubicación inmejorable para ir a pie a todos sitios. Dispone de parquin con plaza grande. Michel ( el propietario) nos recibió y nos dio muchas recomendaciones de la zona. Su atención hacia nosotros ja sido excelente, muy amable. Ojalá podamos volver en otra ocasión, seguro que repetirlas en este alojamiento.

    Ein top stylisch ausgestattetes Appartement in absolut bester Lage. Michel, der Besitzer hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und war immer mit tollen Tipps zur Stelle. Unschlagbar ist der Tiefgaragenplatz. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

    Super apartament z miejscem parkingowym, co w Cannes jest bardzo pożądane. Blisko plaży, dworca i Pałacu Festiwalowego. Bardzo miły właściciel, dobry kontakt przez whatsapp. Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej przed zameldowaniem i pozwolił nam skorzystać z miejsca parkingowego. Na wyposażeniu była kawa, herbata, przyprawy, zmywarka, pralka, suszarka. Apartament godny polecenia. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

    Alles war in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, verfügt über einen Parkplatz und liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung hat an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht, man braucht absolut nichts. Aufgrund des Verhältnisses von Preis und Qualität – Bewertung zehn.

    Merveilleux appartement avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Très bien situé. Hôte très sympathique et accueillant qui nous a conseillé sur les attractions et les bons cafés. A recommander absolument !

    La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Michel e sua moglie.
    La posizione: 4 minuti a piedi e si arriva alla stazione dei treni. 10 minuti e sei in spiaggia.
    Zona tranquilla: di notte c’è silenzio quindi si dorme bene.
    Il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo raggiungibile con l’ascensore posizionato di fianco alla porta dell’appartamento.
    Appartamento grande e comodo per 2 persone.

    What could be improved: Il materasso è un po’ tenero ma comunque accettabile.
    L’appartamento è al piano terra, quindi in alcuni momenti bisogna abbassare le tapparelle ( elettriche, quindi ottime) per avere più privacy : di fronte c’è un liceo. Comunque le finestre chiuse offrono un ottima insonorizzazione.
