  Amazing apartment! We've enjoyed every day spent there. Wonderful location and fantastic sea few. Few minutes walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Apartment itself is super clean and cozy, there is every single thing you need during the stay. Great host and amazing experience overall. Will recommend the apartment to all my friends.

  Le logement est adapté au tarif bas: rien d'exceptionnel mais fait l'affaire. Le rapport qualité prix est donc pertinent.

  Неймовірний панорамний вид на море. Близькість до гарного пляжу, максимум 5 хвилин пішки. Ліфт працює.
  Наявність кондиціонера. Окрема подяка за те, що був включений кондиціонер по приїзду. Було прохолодно і комфортно.
  Поруч знаходиться станція TER, що дуже зручно, так як вагони тут ще майже порожні, коли їдеш в Ніццу або Монако, наприклад.
  Ввечері за вікном- тиша, бо поруч немає розважальних закладів і ресторанів.
  Білизна і рушники – білі і чисті.
  
  What could be improved: Перш за все не сподобалося те, що ключі від квартири треба забирати і віддавати за іншою адресою. А це 20 хвилин пішки. Або можна доїхати на автобусі. Цей момент важливо знати заздалегідь, і бути до цього готовим. Бо із валізами і дитиною це не зручно зовсім.
  Рано вранці за вікном шумно.
  Стан квартири- потребує косметичного ремонту, бо місцями відпадає кахель.
  Як побажання, було б дуже зручно мати в квартирі парасолю від сонця для пляжу. Бо коли їдеш без автомобіля, то взяти немає можливості із собою, а купувати немає сенсу.
  Власник (управляюча компанія) відповідає довго або зовсім не відповідає, на жаль.
  Однак, не зважаючи на деякі мінуси, наше перебування було чудовим. Дякуємо за гостинність і довіру!

  What could be improved: Très abîmé, sale de bain et cuisine très très vieux et sales, des travaux de rénovation sont indispensables ! Attention les clefs ne sont pas sur place, il faut aller les chercher à 1,7 km ce qui fait 25 minutes à pieds
