And being right in Cannes city center means you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from La Croisette, but here’s the thing most people don’t realize: you’re far enough back from the main drag that you don’t get all that tourist chaos right outside your window.

The apartment itself is… well, it’s a solid 3-star spot that punches above its weight, honestly. Nothing fancy, but everything works and it’s genuinely comfortable. The sea view is legit – not one of those “if you crane your neck and squint” situations you sometimes get with these listings.   Location, location, location! Couldn't be better placed with everything you could want nearby topped off with a great sea view and view down on the port. Shops and restaurants were all there as soon as you opened the front door with no steps or climbs to get to where we wanted to go.

  The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It has everything a family needs for a perfect holiday. It is in a lovely period building with exceptional views over the Old Port and up to Le Suquet.
  The apartment is perfectly located for excellent restaurants and bars. The bustle of the exquisite Marche Foreville is a stones throw away. Here you can buy the finest fresh produce or just while away the hours with a coffee or beer at one of the many splendid cafes.
  The Palais de Festival and Croisette are a couple of minutes away.
  Perfect in every way. We hope to return one day soon.

  The location was great. Nearby so many restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: The dishwasher and sink were clogged, which caused us some trouble. We stayed for a few nights and were only able to use the dishwasher properly once. Although the host tried to fix the problem on the second night, it clogged again later, creating quite a bit of chaos while traveling.

  Great location, close to everything. The view from the balcony was perfect (especially for fireworks on the 14th of July). It was close to the old town, which was beautiful!
