Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw this apartment’s ridiculously long name, I was skeptical. But once you’re actually standing on that first-floor balcon on Boulevard Général Vautrin, you get it. This place isn’t just throwing around fancy words about being near the Croisette; you’re literally a two-minute walk from the beach and maybe five minutes from the Palais des Festivals. I mean, you can actually hear the waves from the balcony on quiet mornings before the traffic picks up.

The apartment itself is what I’d call genuinely modern – not that fake-modern stuff where everything’s white and uncomfortable. The light situation is honestly impressive; those big windows face the right direction so you’re getting natural light most of the day without turning the place into a greenhouse. The balcony might not be huge, but it’s perfectly sized for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, and you know what? Sometimes that’s all you need. The kitchen’s actually functional too, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights and want to grab groceries from the Monoprix down the street instead of eating out every meal.

What really sells this place is the location knowledge you get once you’re there. You’re right in Pointe Croisette, which means you’re close enough to walk to all the action but far enough that you’re not dealing with the absolute chaos of the main drag. The building’s on a street that locals actually use, so you’ve got that authentic Cannes vibe without feeling like you’re staying in a tourist bubble. Parking can be tricky during festival season – honestly, it’s tricky most of the time in Cannes – but there are spots if you’re patient. The 9.2 rating makes sense once you spend a night there; it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but everything works, it’s clean, and the host clearly knows what travelers actually need. Plus, and this might sound random, but the shower pressure is solid, which you don’t always get in older French buildings. If you’re planning to hit the beaches during the day and maybe walk over to see what’s happening at the Palais in the evening, this spot just makes sense.

  The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity to both leisure and Palais des festival venues makes it a fantastic choice for vacationers and event attendees alike. The host was excellent a communicating the instructions for accessing the apartment and provided pictures. He responded right away and was super helpful.

  First of all kudos to the contact person Julien for the comprehensive check-in and check-out instructions as well as availability for additional information.
  The apartment is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk to the Croisette and the beach. Even the free parking on the street on both sides of the building was not so problematic during 14/14 days.
  The apartment itself is very spacious and extremely clean.
  It also contains more than necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Two air conditioners in both the living room and the bedroom were helpful.
  A nice terrace with a wonderful view of the Cannes fireworks!
  I hope to stay at the same place again.
