You know what? I’ll be straight with you about CANNES CROISETTE Sea & Sky – it’s one of those places that surprises you in the best way possible. When I first pulled up to 44 Boulevard Montfleury (which honestly sounds fancier than the street actually looks), I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star in this part of Cannes. But here’s the thing about La Californie – it’s this quieter residential area that most tourists completely miss, and that’s actually its biggest selling point.

The hotel sits in this sweet spot where you’re far enough from the Croisette chaos to actually get some sleep, but close enough that you can walk down to all the action when you want it. I mean, you’re looking at maybe a 15-minute stroll to the Palais des Festivals, which is perfect because – let’s be honest – parking anywhere near the main strip is a nightmare and costs more than most people’s daily food budget. The staff here actually knows this and will tell you the best walking routes, which I really appreciated. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, nothing revolutionary but they’ve got that Mediterranean brightness that makes you feel like you’re actually on vacation. Some of the higher floors have these partial sea views that are pretty lovely in the morning with your coffee, though don’t expect full-on panoramic ocean vistas.

What really sold me on this place was the neighborhood vibe. You’ve got this great little bakery just around the corner on Rue de Mimont where locals actually go (not just tourists), and there’s a small grocery store within walking distance that doesn’t charge resort prices for basic stuff. The area gets this nice evening breeze from the hills behind you, which is honestly a godsend during those sticky summer nights when the main tourist areas feel like concrete ovens. The 7.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s solid, reliable, and does what it promises without trying to be something it’s not. I’ve stayed at flashier places in Cannes that left me feeling ripped off, but this one just… works. It’s the kind of place where you can decompress after a long day of fighting crowds at the beaches or wandering the old town, and you’re not paying for amenities you’ll never use. Plus, the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no pretentious attitude, just genuine helpfulness from people who seem to actually care about whether you have a good stay.

  Great accomodation for professional and leisure.
  
  What could be improved: When we arrived, there were still workers there to finish repairs but, it was short and they left 45 minutes later.

  The accommodation is simply magnificent, offering all the modern amenities and comforts needed to feel at home. The interior is tastefully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean. The fabulous terrace is a real highlight—it’s perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, sipping coffee in the morning, or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening while soaking up the stunning views.
  
  The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to the beautiful beaches, which made it incredibly easy for us to spend our days swimming, sunbathing, and playing in the sand. We also appreciated being close to local shops, cafes, and restaurants, which allowed us to explore and enjoy the vibrant local culture without needing to drive.
  
  The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail really made a difference and made us feel very special.
  Overall, our time in Cannes was truly unforgettable, and this wonderful accommodation played a big part in that. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in this beautiful part of the world.

  The apartments we're very well set out and we're all in good locations. The team were incredibly helpful and brilliant to deal with. We will absolutely stay with them again.

  In the heart of Cannes (7 minutes walking to the Croisette), we had the chance to enjoy this superb place:
  Volume, quality, comfort, view … everything was combined.
  We were lucky enough to have a magnificent welcome tray waiting for us on one of the sumptuous terraces in the sun.

  Imagine if you can, the hustle and bustle, punctuating the noise on the Croisette and in the middle of the conference, and imagine that you can return, on foot in a few minutes, after your working day to a zen accommodation in calm and peace
  It’s the Cannes sea and sky. Everything is simple, everything is perfect.
  I sat down and peacefully prepared my reports on the sea view terrace. The apartment was clean and relaxing and the kitchen was well equipped. the staff was up to par. I will come back.

  had a great stay in this beautiful apartment, the view is breathtaking, the property is located in an ideal location.
  The apartment is bright.
  Beds are comfortable and near and full of all amenities.
  The private garden and the Olympic swimming pool are amazing

  A great effort had been made to make the place look nice. Lots of decorative pillows and flowers. Unfortunately it made it look quite cluttered.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is about 500m uphill from the pin on the advert, so much further from all amenities than we thought. We specifically booked this place because we needed 2 bedrooms and a cot. We didn’t get the cot until 3 days into our stay and one of the ‘bedrooms’ was the living room where the kitchenette was as well.
