  We had a sea view apartment and the view was really great! Big balcony, outdoors pool the kids enjoyed. Location is great, beach front, close to the city, easy to get in.
  
  What could be improved: well, the whole facility is quite old and tired. leaking water in the underground parking, squeaky elevators, scratched and stained walls… same applies for the apartment, everything is a little out. I mean it is clean, no problem, but the overall impression is not good – old and scratched furniture, the furniture on the balcony is cheap plastic with burns on it, the bed linen is also cheap and not too pleasant.
  So I understand they charge for location, but for the price they could have done a little more effort.

  What could be improved: Nothing is like in the pictures, just the view from the balcony is great. The bank bed is in the hallway, the bedroom is so small, no cabinets, no drawers . The heat in the nights is unbearable, the noise is also very unpleasant. You can't sleep with the window closed but however you need to close it because of the noise…and then with the window closed you suffocate with the heat. I will not recommend this apartment.
