The walk takes you through these lovely residential streets where you’ll pass locals doing their morning market runs, and honestly, it’s one of those moments where you feel like you’re getting the real Cannes experience rather than just the glossy festival version. The beach you hit isn’t the main tourist strip either – it’s a bit more local, which I actually preferred because you can actually find a spot to sit without booking three weeks ahead.

  An excellent property that is extremely well equipped. Location is excellent and parking and security of cars is a real bonus. The property has all the modern facilities you could ask for and is tastefully decorated whilst maintaining the character of the building. The host and staff were excellent, communication was very easy and the house was spotless. We would love to return soon with our family. Thank you.

  The house has a great location – we didn't have a car and we didn't need one. We were close to the beach, public transport and all amenities.
  
  What could be improved: There is long staircase to get to the first floor and we didn't realise it so if you have big suitcases and have someone elderly with you best to be prepared as it can be challenging.

  Notre séjour dans cet hébergement a été fantastique ! L'endroit était propre, confortable et l'hôte était très accueillant. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit agréable où séjourner.

  Maison très bien équipée, au calme, spacieuse et lumineuse à proximité des commerces et de la plage.
  Transports en commun à 100m pour rejoindre le centre de Cannes. Une voiture n’est pas indispensable.
  Literies très confortables.
  La cuisine dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin.
  Pierrick le propriétaire est très sympathique.
  Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille (7 personnes) pour la semaine de noël. Merci aussi pour l’attention du sapin décoré. Le jacuzzi a été apprécié par les enfants. La terrasse protégée et sans vis-a-vis permet de disposer d’un extérieur même à cette période de l’année.

  la casa è veramente grandissima, spaziosa, sia la zona interna che esterna, è dotata di qualsiasi comfort a livello di attrezzatura (per cucinare,pulire ecc). gli spazi sono definiti ogni camera ha una doccia personale.

  Genial atención por parte del anfitrión, nos hemos sentido como en casa, nos ha regalado una botella de champán, el lugar perfecto si quieres visitar Cannes a 15 minutos del centro y a 200 metros de un supermercado, se merece 5 estrellas y más ❤️
