Hotel Description

You know what struck me first about this place? The name is absolutely terrible – “CENTRE, 3P/TERRASSE , 300 m PLAGES” sounds like someone’s Craigslist ad, not a four-star hotel. But honestly, once you get past that unfortunate marketing decision, this little gem on Rue Lecerf is actually pretty fantastic. I mean, the location alone makes up for the clunky name – you’re literally in the heart of Cannes, tucked away on this quiet residential street that somehow manages to feel peaceful despite being steps from all the action.

The terrace they mention in that jumbled name? It’s legit the best part of the whole experience. I spent way too many mornings out there with coffee, watching the neighborhood wake up while planning my day. The apartment itself has that classic French charm – you know, the kind with actual character instead of generic hotel blandness. Three rooms gives you space to spread out, which is honestly refreshing when you’re used to cramped European hotel rooms. The walk to the beaches is more like 5 minutes than the advertised 300 meters (they’re probably measuring as the crow flies), but who’s complaining? You’ll pass this great little boulangerie on the way that does incredible pain au chocolat – just saying.

What really sells this place is how it sits in the city center without feeling touristy. Rue Lecerf is one of those streets where actual locals live, so you get morning dog walkers and kids heading to school instead of drunk festival-goers at 3 AM. The 8.3 rating makes sense – it’s not perfect (the WiFi can be spotty, and don’t expect hotel-style daily housekeeping), but it delivers on what matters. You’re close enough to walk to the Palais des Festivals when things get crazy during the film festival, but far enough from the Croisette madness to actually sleep at night. The nearby market on Forville is fantastic if you want to cook – and honestly, having a proper kitchen after days of restaurant meals feels like luxury. I’d definitely stay here again, terrible name and all.

  Appartement très spacieux, très agréable et très bien équipé.

  L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. On est très proche de la rue d'Antibes et de la gare mais c'est très silencieux. Je reviendrai.

  Pas de Clim mais des appareils d appoints très bruyants . Équipements vétustes .
  L hôte a gentiment changé un des appareils qui ne fonctionnait pas dans le salon .
