The building has character, sure, but it’s not precious about it. The nearby streets have that perfect mix of high-end boutiques and everyday French life, which honestly is exactly what you want when you’re trying to soak up the real flavor of the Côte d’Azur. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area – well, it’s Cannes, so that’s pretty much expected – but there are public options within reasonable walking distance. The 9-star rating makes complete sense when you factor in the location, the thoughtful setup, and the fact that you’re getting genuine local immersion rather than some sanitized hotel experience. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to hang out and plan your day over coffee, instead of just dropping your bags and running.
