Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places along the Croisette, and most of them either cost a fortune or feel like you’re sleeping in a shoebox. This little ground-floor apartment on Avenue Maréchal Juin? It’s honestly one of those finds that makes you want to keep it secret from everyone else.

The 47 square meters might not sound huge on paper, but whoever designed this place actually thought about how people live. The two rooms flow really well together, and that patio – I mean, you’ll probably end up having your morning coffee out there every single day. It’s got this relaxed vibe that’s hard to find when you’re this close to all the Cannes craziness. What really sold me though is the location. You’re literally 280 meters from the beach, which means you can hear the waves at night (trust me, it’s the good kind of noise), but you’re far enough from the main Croisette strip that you won’t have drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM. Avenue Maréchal Juin is one of those streets where actual locals live – there’s a little boulangerie about two blocks down that does these incredible pain au chocolat, and the woman behind the counter will start recognizing you after a couple days.

Being on the ground floor is actually perfect here because you can just walk straight out to that patio without lugging beach bags up flights of stairs. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in typical hotel accommodation. I was there during late spring, and honestly, I spent more time on that patio than inside – it gets this gorgeous light in the afternoon, and you’re close enough to the action that you can walk to the Palais des Festivals in about ten minutes, but far enough that you can actually relax. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there. It’s not trying to be fancy or impress anyone – it just works really well for what it is. You know what I loved most? The morning routine. Wake up, step outside with your coffee, listen to the neighborhood coming alive, then wander down to the beach before it gets crowded. By evening, you can come back, rinse off the salt, and sit on your patio with a bottle of wine from the little shop on the corner. That’s the kind of simple pleasure that makes a trip memorable, not some overpriced hotel bar with terrible cocktails.

  The owners were great and informative from the beginning, the apartment was clean and really nice, and the location of the apartment was perfect, with a quick access to the croisette. All in all very satisfied.

  Je viens de passer un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement à Cannes, et je ne saurais trop recommander cet endroit !
  
  Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par l'hôte, qui s'est montré très disponible et attentif à nos besoins. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la Croisette et des plages. Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de tout ce que Cannes a à offrir sans avoir à utiliser la voiture.
  
  L'appartement lui-même est d'une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec goût. Il est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison : une cuisine moderne, des lits confortables, et même une terrasse où nous avons pris notre petit-déjeuner chaque matin.
  
  Un autre point fort est le calme de l'endroit, malgré sa proximité avec le centre-ville. Nous avons pu nous reposer en toute tranquillité après nos journées bien remplies.
  
  Merci encore à notre hôte pour ce séjour merveilleux. Nous reviendrons certainement lors de notre prochain passage à Cannes !
