The location is actually brilliant if you know Cannes at all. You’re close enough to hear the buzz from the main Croisette action, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the absolute madness of peak tourist crowds trampling past your window at all hours.

The thing about this place – and I’ve stayed here twice now – is that it punches way above its weight class. Sure, it’s a 3-star property, but honestly, the staff treats you like you’re dropping serious cash at one of those flashy palace hotels down the street. Check-in was smooth both times, and they actually remember your preferences, which is rare these days. The rooms aren’t huge (let’s be real, nothing in Cannes is unless you’re paying ridiculous money), but they’re thoughtfully laid out with this clean, beachy vibe that makes sense given the name. I particularly loved the little balcony on my second stay – you can catch glimpses of the Mediterranean if you crane your neck just right, and in the early morning, before the city fully wakes up, you can actually hear the waves.

What really sells me on this spot is how it feels authentically Cannes without trying too hard. The lobby has this relaxed coastal atmosphere, and there’s always this subtle scent of sea salt mixed with that particular French hotel polish – you know what I mean if you’ve been around. Parking can be a bit tricky (welcome to the Riviera, right?), but the hotel staff pointed me toward a decent spot just a couple blocks away, and honestly, you’ll be walking everywhere anyway. The neighborhood comes alive in the evenings with locals heading to dinner, which gives you a much better feel for actual Cannes life than staying right on the tourist strip. I’d definitely book here again, especially during film festival season when everywhere else either triples their prices or gets completely booked out. It’s one of those finds that makes you feel a little smarter about travel – great value, solid experience, and you’re still right in the heart of everything that matters.

  Очень уютная квартира! Всегда тихо и спокойно, но все близко. Большой балкон, вечером приятно поужинать. Можно открыть полностью двери на балкон и комната будет полностью на свежем воздухе. Есть парковка. Рядом пекарня с очень вкусными свежими круассанами, минимаркет, аптека и рыбный магазин. С другой стороны есть большой супермаркет с парковкой. Все в пешей доступности. Нам с дочкой было удобно, мы прекрасно провели время!
  
  What could be improved: Квартира маленькая, комфортно только вдвоем. Втроем уже будет тесновато на мой взгляд. Туалет и ванная комната раздельные, для меня это минус, но для кого-то это может быть плюс. Выезд в 10:00, нельзя оставить где-то вещи, нельзя оставить машину на парковочном месте. Нам повезло, мы нашли бесплатную парковку, все вещи оставили в машине и пошли на пляж, потому что вылетали вечером. Если бы не машина, не представляю где бы мы болтались весь день с чемоданами. Может это и не минус, правила есть правила, но просто нужно быть к этому готовыми.
