Here’s the thing about location in Cannes — everyone talks about being “close to everything,” but this place actually delivers on that promise. You’re literally in the city center, which means the Palais des Festivals is maybe a seven-minute walk (I timed it), and the old port with all those gorgeous yachts is even closer. What I really appreciated was being able to walk to the covered market on Forville in the mornings — you can grab fresh pastries and actually feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. The beach access is straightforward too, no confusing detours through tourist traps.
