  Clean, modern, spacious apartment with stylish design.
  Well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own meals and eat in leisurely.
  Conveniently located near Cannes TGV Train Station (10 minutes’ walk) and steps to Rue d’Antibes, the City’s major shopping district. Grocery stores and restaurants close by.
  Washing machine and drying rack available in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: We picked up the key from the building lockbox with no problem. But it took us a while to figure out the location of the apartment inside the building, as none of the apartments have numbers on their doors. We had to go through all the links in the host's communication to finally find the instructions. Couldn't reach anyone by phone. All communication had to be done by WhatsApp or through Booking.com App and then we waited for a reply.
  There were several maintenance issues which we reported. Some were dealt with right away (like a broken door knob on the entry door). Others were not looked after (a bathroom sink that leaked, smoke alarm with dead battery). There are potentials for improvement.
