Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to this place on Avenue des Hespérides – the name alone is a mouthful, and you know how these rental apartments can be hit or miss. But wow, that terrace view hit me right away. You’re literally looking out over Palm Beach, and I mean the actual Palm Beach where locals go, not just some touristy stretch of sand. The Mediterranean just stretches out in front of you, especially gorgeous during that golden hour when the light bounces off the water.

What really got me was how quiet it stays here, even though you’re still technically in Cannes. The Pointe Croisette area feels more residential – you’ll see French families walking their dogs in the evening, and there’s this authentic neighborhood vibe that’s honestly refreshing after dealing with the circus that is downtown Cannes during festival season. The apartment itself is pretty straightforward, nothing fancy but clean and well-maintained. The terrace is definitely the star though – I spent most mornings out there with coffee, watching the boats drift by. You can actually hear the waves, which sounds cheesy but it’s true. Parking was easier than I expected too, which anyone who’s driven in Cannes will appreciate.

Here’s the thing about this spot – it’s about a fifteen-minute walk to La Croisette if you want the glamour and the designer shops, but you can also just stay put and feel like you’re in a completely different world. The beach access is right there, and it’s the kind of place where you’ll see more locals than tourists, especially if you go early in the morning. I mean, sure, it’s not luxury in the traditional sense, but there’s something really satisfying about having your own little slice of the Côte d’Azur without paying resort prices. The whole setup just works – you get the Cannes experience without feeling like you’re trapped in a hotel bubble. Perfect for people who actually want to live somewhere for a few days rather than just pass through.

  Bien qu'ayant réservé à la dernière minute (veille pour le lendemain), j'ai été en contact immédiat avec l'équipe de French Riviera Gold Keys au top, hyper réactive, sympa et très bien organisée pour une remise des clés en main propre et une présentation de l'appartement malgré une arrivée un peu tardive (en dehors du créneau prévu). C'est toujours rassurant surtout quand on arrive avec des enfants. Le logement est super : Petit cocon au 5eme et dernier étage où l'on peut assister au lever du soleil (trop beau). Tout confort, idéalement situé avec une place de parking et des commerces à proximité ! Je recommande vivement ❤️. Encore merci pour tout et pour votre gentillesse !

  Appartement très bien situé pas besoin de la voiture tout se fait à pied ! Endroit très calme et vue très agréable
