  So close to the beach and to the Carlton Hotel — where my parents stayed, just perfect. A wonderful balcony to sit and relax after a long day of walking.

  Эти апартменты действительно прекрасно подходят для проживания по всем параметрам: расположение, комфорт, оснащение, сервис владельцев.Апартменты расположены в 5 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, парковой зоны, набережной круазет, центральной торговой улицы, большого удобного супермаркета и автобусной остановки.Все необходимое есть в квартире, в т.ч. удобное спальное место.Следует особо отметить тишину в ночное время в отличии от других мест близких к Круазет. Легкий доступ в апартменты при заселении также плюс. Доброжелательность и гостеприимство владельцев создает приятную атмосферу для отдыха.

  Emplacement très pratique et grand appartement. Bien équipé, literie confortable. Des attentions laissés par les propriétaires (un peu de café, produits pour la toilette), livres…
  
  What could be improved: Clés un peu dures à récupérer (boite à clés trop haut placée), ménage fait trop rapidement (articles cassés, plafonnier salle de bains ne marche pas). L'appartement est assez vétuste et mériterait des travaux (sol, électricité, absence de double vitrage). La rue n'est pas bruyante mais le simple vitrage fait qu'on entend vraiment beaucoup ce qui se passe (on est au 1er étage)
