Plus, there are some excellent local bistros within walking distance that most tourists never discover because they’re stuck eating overpriced meals on the Croisette.

The free parking situation is genuinely a big deal here — I mean, finding affordable parking in Cannes during festival season or summer is like winning a small lottery. Having a guaranteed spot takes so much stress out of exploring the area by car. The setup works particularly well for couples (which explains why they rate this place so highly), since you get the privacy and space of your own place without the hassle of a long-term rental. The two bedrooms also mean you could easily share with friends and split costs, making Cannes much more budget-friendly.

  The location was great, close to the beach & shops were nearby. We rented a car hence it was good to have a parking area down below. The apartment space wasn’t bad & the tv set had Netflix which, I was happy about.
  
  What could be improved: The AC didn’t work in one of the rooms. In addition, the apartment was not emptied as the owner’s personal items were left in the wardrobe, cupboards, drawers & many other personal items were stuffed under the beds. The bedsheet was stained (thankfully we had our own bedding). Frankly, our stay was quite uncomfortable. And don’t bother contacting the staff; they are neither friendly nor helpful, & they do not seem to be aware of what facilities are available/unavailable in the rented apartment. It’s almost as though they don’t care about their guests’ comfort or needs; not at all worth the money value. If you’re looking for honest feedback, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone I know. I will also add that they will not return your deposit; they will simply say “We didn't charge you a deposit. It was a simple bank imprint. Have a nice day!” 🙂

  The location is perfect because its close to everything. The ac worked well in one bedroom and the living room. But no ac in the 2nd bedroom.The bathrooms were a decent size.
  
  What could be improved: There is no ac in the second bedroom so it was very very hot. The kitchen is very narrow and tiny! Not easy with a family of five. The building doesn't have a pool. The apartment above us was very noisy and had a crying baby so foot steps were heard from 7am.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko wielu sklepów otwartych bawet w niedziele. Komfortowe mieszkanie, cały potrzebny sprzęt w kuchni. Jedna sypialnia z łazienką, druga ze wspólną łazienką. TV z Netflix, ale nie było języka polskiego. Dobry internet. Bardzo fajnie zorganizowany taras ze stołem jadalni i miejscem do wypoczynku. Główna plaża w Cannes jest super z ubikacją zawsze posprzątaną.
  
  What could be improved: Głośno dziala klimatyzacja. Trzeba zwrócić uwagę na sortowanie wyrzucanych śmierci. Tylko jeden mały garnek w kuchni. Parking bardzo ciasny, ale zawsze znalazłem miejsce dla mojego auta.
