Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “IMMOGROOM,” I thought it was some kind of typo or maybe a trendy startup trying too hard. But this little two-room spot on Avenue Amiral Wester Wemyss actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away in a quieter part of Cannes, maybe a 15-minute walk from the Croisette if you’re feeling ambitious, though honestly, you’ll probably want to drive or grab a taxi when you’re dressed up for dinner.

The renovation work here is actually thoughtful – not that sterile, Instagram-perfect kind where you’re afraid to touch anything. The rooms feel lived-in but fresh, you know? The AC works properly (thank god, because Cannes in summer is no joke), and they’ve got this garden area that’s perfect for morning coffee before the day gets crazy. The pool isn’t huge – I mean, we’re talking about a two-room place here – but it’s clean and honestly, after walking around Cannes all day, you just want to cool off, not train for the Olympics. What really got me was the parking situation. Anyone who’s tried to park in Cannes during festival season knows it’s basically a contact sport, so having a guaranteed spot is worth its weight in gold.

The location is sort of perfect if you think about it – you’re close enough to feel like you’re in Cannes proper, but far enough from the madness that you can actually sleep at night. I could hear the occasional car, but nothing like the constant buzz you get near the port or the main shopping streets. The owner clearly knows the area well and gave me some solid recommendations for places locals actually eat (there’s this bakery about three blocks away that does these incredible pain au chocolat – I probably went there four times in three days). The whole experience feels more like staying at a friend’s renovated place than a typical hotel, which might not be everyone’s thing, but I found it refreshing. Sure, it’s not the Martinez or the Carlton, but honestly? Sometimes you just want a clean, comfortable place with good air conditioning and a pool where you can decompress after spending your day budget on a single lunch on the Croisette.

    The location was good, well connected but not a walking distance from the centre.

    What could be improved: While it says 2 rooms, I must say that there was a large living room (that counted as a room with a double sofa bed) and another small space with a bunk bed that was really narrow.

    Понравилась территория, бассейн, удобная парковка. Ванная комната чистая. Бытовая техника.

    What could be improved: В нашем номере был грязный холодильник, грязная простынь и наматрасник, не работал свет. На следующий день принесли чистое белье и лампу. Холодильник помыли сами, так как надо было сложить свои продукты.Грязный пыльный пол и ковёр с большим пятном. В ванной комнате (туалет) не хватает освежителя воздуха. На кухне нет разделочной доски.

    Eine schöne Anlage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten.
    Die Wohnung war gut, aber mehr als 2 Personen wird es sehr eng.
    Es ist recht ruhig und wird von vielen Familien genutzt.
    Abends steht meist ein Foodtruck bereit, an dem man sich Pizza oder Crepes kaufen kann.
    Man hat die Möglichkeiten den Pool zu nutzen, Poolliegen kosten extra.
    Der Strand ist die Straße runter, gut erlaufbar und ein schöner Strand und zu unserer Zeit nicht voll.
    In das direkte Leben der Stadt Cannes kann man auch fußläufig eintauchen.
    Tankstelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht allzu weit.

    L'emplacement et la piscine

    What could be improved: Nous avons du passer une journée sans badge ce qui nous a empêcher de garer la voiture dans le sois sol et nous n'avons pas eu accès à la piscine.
    Or normalement le badge et fourni avec les clefs.
    La propreté du logement et à revoir.

    What could be improved: le canapé lit n’est pas confortable du tout, .
    le ménage n’était pas bien fait à l’arrivée (poussières, miettes sur les étagères des placards, plaques de cuisson sales ).
    pas assez d’ustensiles de cuisine (qu’une seule poêle, une seule casserole, pas de planche à découper).
    la serrure de la porte d’entrée et la porte fenêtre étaient très difficiles à ouvrir.
    en plus, on n’a rien compris au fonctionnement de la télévision.
    multitude d’envoi de mails et de messages de la part de la société de conciergerie avant l’arrivée à l’appartement. et malgré tous ces envois, il manquait le code de l’entrée du parking. ayant été dans l’impossibilité de les joindre par téléphone, heureusement que la société concurrente qui gère d’autres appartements à la résidence et qui sont sur place ont bien voulu nous donner ce code.
    autre inconvénient : il faut aller chercher les clés en centre ville au siège de la société qui gère l’appartement. il serait plus simple de mettre une boîte à clé à l’entrée de l’appart.
    location débutant à 16h, on a pu entrer dans les lieux qu’a 16h45.
