Il residence Royal Palm è di ottimo livello, vivendo a Cannes per alcuni periodi l'anno dal 1996, l'ho visto costruire: è curato e le piscine sono un valore aggiunto. L'appartamento preso in affitto per 11 notti dal 28 aprile al 9 maggio u.s. è molto luminoso, silenzioso grazie anche ai vetri insonorizzati, la camera da letto spaziosa, gli armadi capienti, il letto piuttosto comodo, così come il divano letto. L'angolo cottura è adeguatamente attrezzato, gli elettrodomestici di buon livello; ho gradito in particolar modo il forno, che mediamente manca nei residence. Il wifi funziona bene. La posizione è eccellente per vivere la spiaggia; la fermata dell'autobus per il centro è proprio di fronte. Consigliata però un'automobile per la spesa e per eventuali spostamenti notturni e nei dintorni. La vista mare c'è, ma essendo un primo piano è un pò limitata dai pini del giardino, mentre sulla sinistra viene completamente oscurata da un treno solitamente in deposito (durante la nostra permanenza, 10 giorni su 11) ed avendo due genitori anziani al seguito era quindi, più importante… dipende dalle esigenze.
What could be improved: E qui le dolenti note: 1) LA PULIZIA! Scarsa: ho trascorso due giorni a rendere l'appartamento vivibile, soprattutto l'angolo cottura, le stoviglie, il forno, le maioliche schizzate di grasso, le tovaglie per il tavolo (una piegata, addirittura ammuffita e tale è rimasta!); l'interno degli armadi impolverati, i mobili macchiati, per non parlare delle finestre, infine la terrazza: inguardabile. Ho pagato €. 147 per la pulizia finale e mi aspettavo tutt'altro… sicuramente l'ho restituita molto meglio di come mi è stata consegnata. Che peccato! 2) IL TELEVISORE era inutilizzabile, in quanto aveva lo schermo rotto e nessuno ce lo ha comunicato, tanto meno sostituito ed era nell'elenco delle disponibilità. Lokalita byla skvělá. Kousek od moře a kousek od bazénu. Z ubytování bylo vidět na moře, přímý výhled stínily jen palmy. Krásná a velká terasa s pohodlnou sedačkou. Příjemné stolování na terase. Kuchyňka byla malá, ale bylo tam vše co jsme potřebovali.

What could be improved: Specifically booked because it had air con. Hosts turned off air con knowing that there was a huge tiger mosquito issue and it was very hot so had to face doors open to keep cool.
