You know what I love about this area? It’s got that residential vibe where you’ll see locals doing their grocery shopping and walking their dogs, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. The terrace they mention in the name isn’t just marketing fluff either – it’s this genuinely lovely outdoor space with actual garden elements, not just some concrete balcony with a potted plant. I spent way too many evenings out there with a bottle of wine from the little shop around the corner, just watching the light change over the rooftops. The air conditioning works properly too, which honestly saved my life during that brutal heat wave last summer when even the locals were complaining.

  What could be improved: il garbo della reception. arrivati in anticipo di un ora, pioveva; ci è stato chiesto di aspettare all'esterno nonostante ci fossero due poltrone libere nell'ufficio! e nell'ufficio non ci fosse nessun altro ospite.
