This three-star property sits right in the thick of things — I mean, you’re literally steps from the old town charm of Le Suquet and the glittering port area. The building itself has that classic French Riviera feel, but what really struck me was how perfectly positioned it is for exploring everything Cannes has to offer.

Location That Actually Matters

Honestly, the location here is pretty much unbeatable — there’s a reason couples rate it a perfect 10. You can wander down to the famous Croisette and its beaches in just a few minutes, but you’re also perfectly placed to explore the winding cobblestone streets of the old Suquet district. I loved being able to grab morning coffee at a local café, then easily walk to the Palais des Festivals if that’s your thing. The port is right there too, so you can watch the yachts come and go — it’s that authentic Cannes experience without feeling touristy.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed with air conditioning that actually works (trust me, you’ll appreciate this in summer). What I really liked was how they’ve managed to blend comfort with that French coastal aesthetic — nothing too fancy, but everything you need is there. The windows let in plenty of natural light, and you get a real sense of being in the heart of the city. It’s the kind of space where you can relax after a day of exploring without feeling cramped or disconnected from the Cannes vibe.

Neighborhood Discoveries

Being in the city center means you’re surrounded by authentic local life — not just tourist spots. I found myself ducking into small bistros and discovering hidden squares that most visitors miss entirely. The old Suquet area is fascinating to explore, especially in the evening when the narrow streets take on this magical quality. You know what’s great? You can easily walk to both the beach scene and the more cultural, historic parts of town without needing transportation.

Why Guests Love It

This place works because it gives you the real Cannes experience without the pretension of some of the flashier hotels. The 9.3 rating makes sense when you consider how rare it is to find a property that’s genuinely well-located, comfortable, and reasonably priced in this city. Couples especially seem to get it — there’s something romantic about being able to stroll through old town streets, then end up at the port watching sunset over the Mediterranean. It’s Cannes the way it should be experienced, actually.

  Very clean, compact apartments in a quiet location. Everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. There are umbrellas and even a shopping bag for groceries. The sofa easily folds out into a full sleeping space for two. The location is perfect. Very close to both the center and the beach. Only a 10-minute walk to the train station.

  Honestly, the stay was great. I was attending a conference at Le Palais des Festivals, and it was an easy 10 minute walk around the marina. I liked that you were still so close to the busy parts, but off in a quite, very local corner of Cannes.
  
  The home was perfectly clean, and very comfortable. I had a few small issues with the boiler, however the concierge Alan was extremely attentive and helpful. Was always updating me on the services being provided to fix it, and fixed it right away.
  
  I have nothing bad to say about this prpoperty!

  What could be improved: Check in instructions were excessively long, and then in the end were not accurate. They provide coffee, tea, and biscuits, but a few bottled waters would go a long way. Early morning construction right outside the door in the courtyard.
