  The flat is huge and absolutely beautiful the owners were very friendly and helpful.
  The outside space is fantastic and the pool is chest deep which was lovely in the heat everything was super clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.
  it’s 10/15 minutes walk to the station and then near the beach.
  The train station is really easy to get too and goes to the Nice St-Augustin which is where Nice airport is there is free trams from nice st Augustin to airport Terminals and it cost us 14 euros one way for three people it’s really easy to book trains online. Cannes beach is sandy and beautiful compared to Nice pebble beach. Absolutely beautiful area with huge supermarket down the road and lots of cake shops near the road crossing.   House was very confortable, beautiful and pleasent. It was quiet, far for all the noises coming from the rest of the city.
  Patricia and Didier were very nice people.That was pretty much it what we most liked about.
  
  What could be improved: The AC stoped working in the second or third day of the stay and they unfortunatelly didn't managed to get fixed in time. We had to buy ventilators, which was ridiculously expensive and didn't get refunded.

  Really nice, modern second story flat in a villa close to Cannes city centre. Location is really good with an easy 15-20 minute walk to city centre and Croisette beach. The flat has its own private entrance and was immaculately clean and well furnished with good air conditioning. Owners were easy to contact and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Access to garden and pool was severely limited, using the garden and pool is only allowed between 9-19 Monday-Friday and on weekends access to the garden and pool isn't allowed at all! We understand the owners live on the ground floor, but this was a really big detractor from the overall experience, especially as the flat has no balcony either. Only outdoor area reserved for guests was a tiny area by the door to the flat, next to an air conditioning unit. This came as a surprise to us as it wasn't clearly mentioned when we made the booking.

  What could be improved: huiseigenaar woont op de begane grond waardoor men vanaf 19u geen gebruik meer kan maken van het zwembad en het daarbij gelegen grote terras. voor de gasten rest er dan slechts een terrasje van 2 vierkante meter naast het huis.
  locatie is mooi, maar vanaf het centrum is het wel berg op. wij losten dat op door vanaf het centrum een Uber te nemen.
