And when you want to hit the beach or check out the festival scene (if you’re there during that madness), it’s a pleasant stroll through some really pretty residential streets. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see families heading to school, people walking their dogs, actual life happening around you. Sure, it’s not as immediately glamorous as staying right on the waterfront, but honestly? After spending days in the crowds and chaos of central Cannes, coming back to this quieter pocket felt like a relief. Plus, your euros stretch further here, and you’re still getting that authentic Cannes experience – just with a bit more breathing room and a lot less pretense.
