Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about Le Carré Croisette? I was expecting another cramped Cannes apartment trying to pass itself off as luxury, but this duplex actually delivers on the promise. The terrace alone – I mean, you’re literally in the heart of everything on Rue des Frères Pradignac, but somehow it feels like your own private escape above the buzz. I spent way too many evenings up there with a glass of wine, watching the city settle into that golden hour light that makes even the touristy parts of Cannes look magical.
The location is honestly perfect if you know Cannes at all. You’re a proper two-minute walk from La Croisette (not the inflated “walking distance” most places claim), and here’s the thing locals will tell you – being just off the main drag on Frères Pradignac means you get all the convenience without the constant stream of people trying to figure out their phones and blocking the sidewalk. The morning routine became grabbing coffee from that little place around the corner, then strolling down to the waterfront before the cruise ship crowds descended. The duplex setup works brilliantly too – downstairs feels like a proper living space where you can actually spread out, and heading upstairs to sleep gives you that separation you don’t get in typical hotel rooms. The terrace connects to the upper level, so you can literally roll out of bed and have your morning coffee outside, which honestly became my favorite part of each day.
What really impressed me was how well thought out everything felt – not in that sterile, hotel-designer way, but like someone who actually lives in Cannes set this place up. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to hit the morning market (Marché Forville is an easy walk), and there’s enough space to actually use it. Storage is abundant, which sounds boring but trust me, after a few days of Cannes shopping, you’ll appreciate having places to put things. The whole place stays surprisingly quiet considering you’re in the city center – I was worried about noise, but the way the building sits, you’re shielded from most of the street commotion. Parking isn’t included, but there’s that public garage nearby that locals use, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t need a car anyway. Everything worth doing is walkable, and the train station connects you to Nice or Monaco if you want day trips. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re living in Cannes rather than just visiting – which, let’s be honest, is exactly what you want when you’re staying somewhere this special.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Cannes through local agencies that offer personalized recommendations and insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for exploring the city’s rich cinematic heritage.

Very friendly host, the explanation was also really positive. The apartment was really great and very high quality. In the middle of the city right on the promenade without the loud noises of the street!
