The neighborhood itself comes alive in the evenings – you’ll smell dinner being cooked in the apartments nearby, and there’s this great little wine bar called Le Vintage just around the corner that locals actually frequent. Parking can be tricky (it’s Cannes, after all), but there’s a public garage about two blocks away that’s way cheaper than the hotel options. The whole area gets pretty quiet after 10 PM, which I loved, though if you’re looking for all-night party vibes, you’ll want to head toward the port instead.
