Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Le Parc Pointe Croisette on Rue Ricord Laty, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place in Cannes. I mean, this is the Riviera we’re talking about, where hotel prices can make your credit card weep. But you know what? Sometimes the best discoveries are the ones that surprise you, and this little gem absolutely did that.
The thing about this hotel is it sits in this perfect sweet spot – you’re actually in Pointe Croisette, which means you get that exclusive neighborhood feel without the insane prices of being right on the Croisette itself. I could walk to the beach in about eight minutes (I timed it because, well, these things matter when you’re hauling beach gear), and honestly, that short stroll through the residential streets gave me a better feel for how locals actually live than staying in some massive resort would have. The area gets surprisingly quiet in the evenings too, which was a godsend after dealing with the chaos of the film festival crowds downtown. There’s this little boulangerie just two blocks over that the hotel staff told me about – the kind of insider tip that makes you feel like you’re in on something special.
What really got me was the attention to detail inside. The lobby has this understated elegance that feels more like a well-appointed home than a hotel – none of that flashy marble and gold nonsense you see everywhere else in Cannes. My room faced the courtyard, and I actually loved waking up to birds instead of traffic noise. The beds are properly firm (thank god), and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works, not like the sad trickle you sometimes get in older European hotels. Parking was straightforward too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate Cannes with a rental car, you’ll know is basically a miracle. The staff – and this is where that 9.2 rating really shows – they genuinely seemed to care about making your stay work. When I mentioned I was trying to avoid the tourist traps for dinner, the evening desk clerk spent ten minutes drawing me a little map to places where actual French people eat. That’s the kind of service you remember.
Here’s the thing though – this isn’t a place where you’re going to Instagram your way through champagne and infinity pools. It’s a solid, comfortable base for exploring Cannes properly, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. The whole vibe is more “I know this great little place” than “look at me living my best life.” If you’re the type who wants to experience Cannes without feeling like you’re performing in it, Le Parc Pointe Croisette gets it right in all the ways that actually matter when you’re traveling.

Excellent location, near the promenade and still in the most quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and a few shops. The apartment has all the facilities you might need and the hosts are very pleasant and willing to help with anything. Highly recommend and definitely return for a longer holiday.
What could be improved: An oven and scissors would be nice. Air conditioning could be more efficient, but this is more of a building issue, rather then of the apartment. Still lots of compensating details (such as the beautiful balcony, decorations and comfortable bed), making the stay memorable.Lyubov from Ukraine – 9 January 2023 (10/10)
The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need. Lots of dishes, beautiful interior, comfortable bed. Close to the center, the beach, close to many shops. Everything is comfortable. The photo matches.
What could be improved: I wish there was more flexibility in check-in and check-out. I had to ask a friend who gave the keys and took the cash deposit, we had an early flightHossein from Germany – 7 August 2022 (10/10)

Nähe zu Stränden und zur Croisette. Ruhiges Wohnquartier – derzeit jedoch Strassenarbeiten an der Strassenecke. Apartment sehr sauber und Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und mit Herzblut dabei.
