Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first booked Le TerrAzur on Boulevard Carnot – the name sounds a bit fancy, but the location had me curious. You know what though? This little 4-person apartment totally surprised me. It sits right on one of those classic Cannes boulevards where you get the real neighborhood feel without being stuck way out in the suburbs.

The thing about Boulevard Carnot is that it’s actually perfectly positioned – you’re about a 10-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals (yeah, where they do the film festival), but you’re not dealing with all that touristy chaos right outside your door. I mean, you can still hear the city humming, especially during the day, but it settles down nicely in the evenings. The apartment itself feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile – there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t scream “rental property.” The space works well for four people, though if you’re traveling with friends who need their own bathroom time in the mornings, well… just plan accordingly.

What I really appreciated was how the place connects you to actual Cannes life. There’s this little boulangerie about two blocks down that locals hit up for their morning coffee – not the overpriced stuff near La Croisette, but the real deal where the baker actually recognizes regulars. And here’s something most visitors miss: the Marché Forville is just a short walk away, and if you go early (like, before 9 AM), you’ll see how Cannes residents actually shop for their groceries. The apartment’s kitchen is decent enough that you can actually use those market finds, which honestly saves you a fortune compared to eating every meal in the tourist zones. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area – street spots are hit or miss, but there’s a public garage within reasonable walking distance if you’re driving. The owner was pretty straightforward during check-in, no fuss, just handed over keys and gave a few practical tips about the neighborhood. I stayed during shoulder season in late September, and the whole area had this relaxed vibe where you could actually imagine living there, not just passing through with a camera.

  Tout était parfait..l'appartement est très bien situé, au calme malgré d' être placé dans un boulevard,très bien équipé et d' une propreté irréprochable ..
  L' agence est située en face ce qui est pratique pour récupérer les clés dans la boîte à clés
