You know what struck me first about Loft de standing Cannes? The location is actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Cannes rather than just visiting it. It’s tucked right on Rue Meynadier, which honestly is one of those streets that feels properly French – you’ll walk past the local fromagerie and that little bakery that always has a line of locals in the morning (trust me, grab a pain au chocolat there).

The loft itself is exactly what you’d expect from the name – high ceilings, modern touches, and that sort of industrial-chic vibe that works really well in this part of town. I mean, it’s a solid 3-star place, nothing too fancy, but the 8.4 rating makes sense when you actually stay there. The space feels bigger than most hotel rooms you’ll find in Cannes, especially at this price point. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Rue Meynadier can be busy during the day with all the market activity and people heading to the old port, but it settles down nicely after dinner hours. The apartment-style setup means you’ve got proper space to spread out, which is honestly a relief after spending days wandering around the Croisette and dealing with crowds.

Here’s the thing about staying here – you’re maybe a 7-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals if that’s your scene, but more importantly, you’re right in the thick of where actual Cannes life happens. The morning market on Forville is literally around the corner (Tuesdays through Sundays), and you can walk to the old port in about five minutes if you want to sit by the water with a coffee and watch the boats. The beach is close enough that you won’t feel like you’re missing out, but far enough that you’re not paying those insane beachfront prices. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area – I’d honestly recommend the public parking at Palais des Festivals if you’re driving, it’s not far and way less stressful than trying to find street parking. The whole setup just works well if you want to experience Cannes without feeling like you’re stuck in the tourist bubble the entire time.

  We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect: close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions.
  We especially loved the second floor option and the fully equipped kitchen, which made us feel right at home.
  Would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and smooth experience!

  De locatie was geweldig. Midden in het centrum, maar in een rustig hofje gevestigd. Alles was op loopafstand, restaurants, winkels, boulevard, maar ook het station.

  Super Lage direkt im Zentrum, nahe am Hafen. Schönes Appartement mit 2 kompletten Badezimmern, Kühlschrank, kompletter Küche. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise.
  
  What could be improved: Ein Zimmer war auf der Maisonette-Etage oben ohne abgeschlossenen Bereich, selbst die Dusche/Toilette war offen. Das zweite Zimmer hatte 2 Einzelbetten die nicht so gut waren.

  dat je snel in het centrum was met winkels-station en een mooi eet straatje ( lekkere koffie en goede traiteurs )
  
  What could be improved: te veel. het plein om binnen te komen was een hangplek voor zwervers en gure hangjeugd. daarnaast zijn de bedden van beton ( week nagenoeg niet geslapen ) 2e slaapkamer boven heeft niet een volwaardig 2 persoonsbed ( ook betonnen matrassen ). 2 badkamertjes maar door de waterdruk kun je amper douchen. doet de persoon boven de douche aan dan stopt alle water. de rest van het meubilair staat op instorten. de stoelen vallen iedere keer als je erop gaat zitten stof en schroeven uit. vies en eng. de smerige slaapbank zit slecht en matras is te smerig om op te liggen. slechte verlichting in huis. kapotte lampen in de badkamer en de andere lampen hangen zo los dat dit ook niet echt een veilig gevoel geeft. stopcontacten die los hangen. kookpannen zonder deksels en het meest smerige is geen afzuiging tijdens het koken. alles stinkt ook al doe je alle ramen open. uitzicht uit alle ramen is erg. wordt overal gebouwd en verbouwend. de wekker is de drilboor.

  What could be improved: C'était pas du tout propre. Et ce n'est pas adapté pour recevoir 4 personnes comme l'était indiqué. Avoir des lits n'est pas suffisant il faut que le reste le suit.
