You’re close enough to walk to Martinez Beach or pop over to rue d’Antibes for shopping, but far enough from the main drag that you can actually sleep with the windows open. Parking can be a bit tricky during festival season – I mean, it’s Cannes, what do you expect? – but the villa has its own spots, which honestly saved me from circling the block like a vulture every evening. The neighbors are mostly locals, which gives you this authentic residential feel that’s pretty rare when you’re staying this close to the action. If you’re planning to visit during May or the summer months, book early because places like this – with actual space, privacy, and that perfect balance of convenience without chaos – they don’t stay available long.
