Luxueuse Villa 7 chambres avec piscine – Cannes
Honestly, when I first pulled up to this villa on rue Parc Alexandre III, I wasn’t sure what to expect – the street’s tucked away in this quiet residential pocket that most tourists never stumble across. But you know what? That’s exactly what makes it brilliant. You’re literally a three-minute walk from all the Croisette madness, yet it feels like you’ve escaped into this private oasis where the only sounds are birds chirping and maybe the occasional gentle splash from your own pool.
The villa itself is one of those places that photographs well but somehow looks even better in person. Seven bedrooms spread across this beautifully restored property, and I mean, each room actually has character – none of that cookie-cutter hotel chain nonsense. The pool area is where you’ll probably spend most of your time though (I certainly did). It’s not massive, but it’s perfectly sized for the space, surrounded by these lovely terraced gardens that give you complete privacy from the neighbors. What really got me was the morning light – around 8 AM, the way it hits the water and reflects off the villa’s cream-colored walls… well, let’s just say my Instagram got a serious upgrade. The outdoor dining area is set up perfectly for those long French lunches that somehow turn into dinner, and there’s actually enough space for everyone to spread out without feeling cramped.
Location-wise, this is where the place really shines. Most people think staying near the Palais des Festivals means dealing with constant crowds and noise, but this little section of Pointe Croisette is different. You’re close enough to walk to Martinez Beach or pop over to rue d’Antibes for shopping, but far enough from the main drag that you can actually sleep with the windows open. Parking can be a bit tricky during festival season – I mean, it’s Cannes, what do you expect? – but the villa has its own spots, which honestly saved me from circling the block like a vulture every evening. The neighbors are mostly locals, which gives you this authentic residential feel that’s pretty rare when you’re staying this close to the action. If you’re planning to visit during May or the summer months, book early because places like this – with actual space, privacy, and that perfect balance of convenience without chaos – they don’t stay available long.
