You know what caught me off guard about this place? The Art Deco thing isn’t just some marketing gimmick – they actually nailed it. Walking into this three-bedroom apartment on Rue Georges Clemenceau, I felt like I’d stepped into some perfectly preserved 1920s film set, but one where everything actually works and the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes.

The location is honestly brilliant if you know Cannes at all. Clemenceau runs parallel to the Croisette, which means you’re literally a two-minute walk from all the beach action and fancy hotel bars, but you’re not dealing with the constant parade of tourists right outside your window. I mean, you’ll still hear the occasional late-night chatter from people walking back from the casino, but it’s more ambient city sounds than chaos. What really sold me though was the parking situation – and I can’t stress this enough if you’re driving in Cannes – having a guaranteed spot is like finding gold. The streets around there turn into a complete nightmare during festival season, with people circling blocks for hours. Here, you just pull in and you’re done.

The apartment itself has this wonderful weight to it, if that makes sense. Heavy doors, solid furniture, those geometric patterns that make you want to mix a martini and put on some jazz. The three rooms are laid out really thoughtfully too – the master bedroom faces away from the street, so it stays quiet even when the bars down toward the port are getting lively. I actually loved the bathroom situation; they’ve managed to blend that vintage aesthetic with modern fixtures that work properly (you’d be surprised how many “authentic” places in France still have temperamental plumbing from the actual 1920s). The kitchen surprised me most – fully equipped in a way that suggests they understand people actually want to cook sometimes, maybe grab some fresh stuff from the Marché Forville and make breakfast instead of paying hotel prices.

What strikes me about the whole experience is how it feels like staying in someone’s really well-curated home rather than a rental property. There are books on the shelves that someone actually chose, artwork that means something, little touches that suggest real thought went into the space. The 9.6 rating makes total sense when you experience it – it’s not flashy or trying too hard, but everything just works seamlessly. Honestly, after staying here, going back to a standard hotel room feels kind of hollow. You’ve got space to spread out, that parking peace of mind, and you’re positioned perfectly to explore Cannes like someone who actually lives there rather than just passing through with a camera.

  Fantastic location, near Cannes castle, to the beach and the center. We liked the art deco style of the apartment, the complimentary bottle of wine and water was more than we expected. We got all the information needed through WhatsApp before arriving, including a video, to ensure we use key boxes and air condition right. Free private parking is excellent.

  The positive points of the house were the good location near the beach and shopping malls, the kitchen equipment was complete. It had a comfortable mattress
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the host answered very carelessly and only wanted to answer, when I asked him for extra sheets and towels, he said that they are in the house and we don't have more, and for 5 people, there were 4 bath towels and 4 face towels for 4 days!! !! The parking lot is very small and is only suitable for a small car. Considering that we went with a van, we asked the host to introduce a nearby parking lot, but he reluctantly sent us the parking lot in the middle of the city. Of course, they would charge for it, which was not a problem). The bedrooms were so small that we could not open the baby bed and our little son had to sleep in the bed next to us. The parquet floor was very dirty and all his clothes were black because of the child who was walking.There was no T or vacuum cleaner to collect the sand from the ground after going to the beach. The toilet was unusually low and suitable for children, and the place to wash hands after using the toilet was separate from the toilet, and there was only one sink in the bathroom.The sheets and especially the blankets had not been washed for a long time and did not feel good at all.

Na przeciw obiektu wyśmienita kawa i przepyszne croissanty, pokoje przestronne, czyściutkie, świeżo wyremontowane, bardzo ładnie wykończone oraz w pełni wyposażone. Przesympatyczny i bardzo pomocy gospodarz całego budynku Olivier.
