The windows face toward the action too, so you get those glimpses of the Mediterranean between the palm trees, though you’ll hear some street noise during peak season. Nothing terrible, just the usual Riviera buzz of scooters and late-night conversations drifting up from the sidewalk cafés.

What really sold me was the location specifics that you only appreciate after walking around. You’re tucked between Rue d’Antibes (the main shopping drag) and the beach, so everything feels walkable without being touristy-overwhelming. The Marché Forville is about eight minutes on foot – perfect for grabbing fresh stuff if you want to use that kitchen.
