Okay, so first things first – don’t let that ridiculously long name fool you. This place is actually just a really well-done apartment rental tucked away on this tiny street called Impasse de la Bergerie, which honestly sounds way more rustic than it is. You’re basically in the heart of Cannes, maybe a three-minute walk from all the Croisette madness, but hidden enough that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos right outside your door.
The apartment itself is… well, it’s one of those places where the photos don’t quite capture how nice it actually feels when you’re there. The terraces are the real star – there’s this main one where you can see snippets of the Mediterranean between the buildings, and honestly, having your morning coffee there while the city’s still waking up is pretty perfect. The jacuzzi situation is legit too, though I mean, it’s not huge or anything, but after walking around Cannes all day (and trust me, you’ll be doing a lot of walking), it hits the spot. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice place than a typical hotel room.
What I really appreciated was how the location works in practice. You’re close enough to the Palais des Festivals that you can walk there in about five minutes, but you’re also near some of the spots locals actually go to – there’s this little bakery on Rue Meynadier that’s maybe two blocks away, and the morning bread run becomes this nice ritual. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area, but the hosts seem to know their stuff about where to find spots. The neighborhood gets quiet at night too, which is honestly a relief after the intensity of the main tourist strips. It’s got that 9.2 rating for a reason – the details are thought through, the space feels genuinely comfortable, and you get that rare combination of being right in the middle of everything while still having a proper retreat to come back to. If you’re the type who wants to experience Cannes but also wants to feel like you’re living there rather than just visiting, this place gets it right.

The host was very flexible, providing us with an overview of the apartment and taking the time to inform us about the dos and don’ts. Check-in and check-out were smooth. She also respected all the appointments.

Superb location, close to restaurants and the beach. Balcony areas were fantastic for breakfast or sitting out in the evening. It’s super quiet also, no noise of traffic. Apartment was equipped with everything that you needed to enjoy your stay. I would recommend this apartment.

The perfect location in the heart of Cannes. Super close to all the shops, restaurants & bars. The apartment was spotless, we loved having both balconies and the hot tub was a massive bonus. Don't be put off by the bathroom situation… even though it's not shown in the pics there is a completely separate WV, so if you are going with friends don't panic they won't need to walk through your bedroom to use the open plan bathroom! The Apartment Managers were lovely and so helpful – super impressed. Looking forward to resisting next year! 100% recommended.

The location was perfect, very close to the Croisette embankment and the casino. Loved two terraces on each side of the apartment and the jacuzzi. All the amenities were provided in the apartment everything worked well.

At arrival, the lady of the Rental Agency was very cooperative and changed her appointment because we were late.
The Apartment was clean.
The location close to Le Palais was great.
What could be improved: The Communication through Booking.com before the trip was poor.
All the beds were single beds.

Leiligheten var veldig bra. Spesielt det at det var to terasser. I tillegg til at det var toalett på det ene badet var det også et separat toalett. Belligenheten var også veldig bra.

Mooie locatie in het oude deel van Cannes, in de zijstraat van Rue Meynadier, 5 min van het Palais Festival, de Oude Haven en alles erom heen. Je kunt vanaf het balkon een glimpje haven zien. Het Appartement is modern, schoon en voorzien van voldoende handdoeken, keukengerei. Een mooi balkon waar je goed kan zitten. Of zelfs in de hot tub. Alleen kregen we die zelf niet warm. Twee slaapkamers met eigen douche. De masterbedroom is perfect. 2 toiletten. We waren er met 2 man, dus het was lekker ruim. Wij houden ervan alles op loopafstand te hebben en dat was het zeker!
What could be improved: Geen klachten. Als je niet goed ter been bent, kun je met de lift naar de 3e etage. Alleen vanuit het appartement moet je nog 2 trapjes op. Voor ons was dat geen probleem.
