Sometimes the most straightforward names hide the best surprises. This three-star apartment sits right in the heart of Cannes, and I mean literally – you’re steps away from everything that makes this city tick. The building itself has that classic French Riviera charm, though it’s the location that really makes you stop and appreciate where you are.

The Heart of Cannes

Here’s the thing about staying on Boulevard de la Croisette – you’re not just near the action, you’re in it. I could walk to the Palais des Festivals in about three minutes, which was perfect during my visit since there always seems to be something happening there. The beaches are right across the street, and honestly, having that kind of access without the premium hotel prices felt like getting away with something. Couples absolutely love this spot, and after spending time here, I totally get why they rate the location so highly for romantic getaways.

The Space Itself

The room lives up to that “cosy” promise in the name – it’s not huge, but it’s thoughtfully arranged and actually quite comfortable. What I appreciated most was how well-maintained everything felt, from the fixtures to the bedding. The apartment setup gives you more flexibility than a typical hotel room, which is nice when you want to spread out a bit or just have somewhere to properly unpack. The windows let in plenty of that gorgeous Mediterranean light, and you can catch glimpses of the street life below.

Living Like a Local

Having a kitchenette turned out to be more useful than I expected. Sure, you’re surrounded by incredible restaurants – and trust me, you’ll want to try them – but being able to grab fresh pastries from the morning market and have coffee in your own space? That’s pretty special. The setup also means you can store those bottles of rosé you’ll inevitably buy from the local shops. I found myself using the space as a proper base rather than just a place to sleep, which made the whole trip feel more authentic.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t about fancy amenities or over-the-top service – it’s about being exactly where you want to be in Cannes without breaking the bank. The 9.3 rating makes perfect sense when you consider what you’re getting: a clean, comfortable place to stay in probably the best possible location. I mean, when couples are giving the location a perfect 10, that tells you something. You’re paying for the address here, and honestly, in a city like Cannes, that address is worth quite a lot. It’s the kind of place that lets you experience the city rather than just visit it.

  Everything is just perfect! Absolutely amazing! the owner and the communication with the owner are phenomenal, there is no better location if you plan to visit the Cannes Film Festival, the building is excellent and has a porter, security and comfort all in one. The apartment has everything you need, enough towels, beach towels, dishes, washing machine, even an umbrella in case of bad weather. The owner thought of everything! What makes this apartment really special is the terrace, which is absolutely divine.

  The location of this apartments is excellent! Everything is walking distance, near by. The place is in a busy part of the town, but still quiet, since it has garden view. The hostel Thomas was great with his quick replies and provided excellent hospitality, thank you very much.
