Here’s the thing about this spot — couples absolutely rave about it, and I can see why. You’re literally on Boulevard du Midi, which means the beach is right there, but you’re also perfectly positioned to explore everything Cannes has to offer. I mean, when a property scores 9.7 for location, that’s not just marketing talk. You can grab your morning coffee and be watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean in about two minutes. The Palais des Festivals is an easy stroll, and honestly, being slightly removed from the main tourist chaos while still being central? That’s the sweet spot.

The Room Experience

The sea view room is really what makes this place special — and I’m not just saying that because it’s in the name. Waking up to that Mediterranean blue stretching out in front of you never gets old, trust me. The rooms are comfortable without being overly fancy, which actually works well for a three-star property. You get what you need: a decent bed, a clean bathroom, and that view that makes you remember why you came to the French Riviera in the first place. The “standing presta” part of the name refers to the elevated service level, and they do seem to pay attention to the details that matter.

Beach Life and Beyond

Being this close to Plage du Midi means you can basically treat the beach as your backyard. The sand here is nice, the water’s clean, and you’re not fighting crowds like you would at some of the more famous beaches closer to the Croisette. I actually prefer this stretch — it feels more relaxed, more like what a beach vacation should be. When you want to venture out, the old town (Le Suquet) is walkable, and the shopping and dining scene is all within reach. There’s something to be said for being able to duck back to your apartment for a quick break between beach time and evening plans.

Look, this isn’t the most glamorous hotel in Cannes, but that’s sort of the point. It’s got that perfect combination of location, value, and genuine French Riviera atmosphere without the pretense. The 8.4 rating tells the real story — people leave happy because their expectations are met and often exceeded.   Fijn appartement op een toplocatie met uitzicht op zee! Bakkerij onder het appartement voor een fijn ontbijt.
  
  What could be improved: Een aantal lampjes zijn aan reparatie toe.

  Location was fantastic – view from the balcony + comfy seats out there brilliant. Easy to walk to the Palais along the seafront (15 mins) and all our favourite cafes for breakfast and lunch nearby. Plus 5 mins to the old town. Perfect. Lounge + big table great and large comfy sofa appreciated! Boulangerie downstairs with delicious take-away coffee… Host very responsive and we offered to pay for a late check-out which was arranged.
  
  What could be improved: Bathroom was just ok – could do with an upgrade as could the kitchen but tbh we ate out all the time and grabbed coffee and breakfast downstairs. Aircon wasn't super effective – def needs an overhaul and everywhere re-painted but I'm sure this is done at the beginning of every season and it is the end! TBH, the view and the balcony and lounge where we were most the time meant we didn't really notice the other bits and bobs as they were so good!

  L'appartement est juste magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle, propre et parking sur place gratuit, personnels au top

  Nachdem ich bereits das dritte Mal in dem Appartement war, war ich überrascht, dass alle notwendigen Reparaturen durchgeführt wurden, die Möbel, Lampen komplett neu waren – ist schön geworden.
  Der Balkon und der Meerblick ist einfach fantastisch.
  
  Der bewachte Parkplatz in der Lage ein absolutes PLUS
  
  What could be improved: Wer zum Meer hin schläft gut, das hintere Schlafzimmer liegt eben am Bahngleis und im Winter bei geschlossener Tür ok, aber im Sommer ab ca. 5h30 durch den Durchgangsverkehr doch eingeschränkt.

  Traumhafte Sicht.
  Durch 5. Stockwerk hält sich der Straßenlärm in Grenzen.
  Bewachter Parkplatz ein Traum in Cannes Zentrum – ohne diesen Parkplatz wären wir nicht ein zweites Mal gekommen.
  Technische Ausstattung ok.
  
  What could be improved: Im hinteren Schlafzimmer können die Zuggeräusche nicht wegdiskutiert werden.

  Location was a superb view – right across from the beach into the bay.
  Large airy apartment
  Superb bakery just 40 feet from the door which did salads as well as bread.
  Hosts sent a 'technician' out the next day when the water was not hot – a marginal improvement in time for it to come through from 15 minutes to about ten. Lots of water wasted.
  
  What could be improved: Noise from the trains behind and motorbikes on the road in front.
  Having to waste SO MUCH water until it eventually became warm enough to shower.
  Front door lock is very temperamental – sometimes it works first time, mostly it doesn't
